Super 8 by Wyndham New Orleans

Noisy, poor breakfast Despite 2 attempts to contact front desk to report noisy group, no answer. Group loud from about midnight to 4 a.m. Breakfast room was clean, but very limited in offerings. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel ever Rooms smell weird and covers are unclean. Roaches in the rooms. Don’t stay here! Do yourself a favor and find a better place.

Roaches! Room not clean at all! Refused to give refund even though we left same night I wish I could give this place zero stars. We booked through booking.com for April 25th-28th and our room had a roaches nest in the alarm clock and some dead roaches on the floor alone with crumbs everywhere. It didn't look like it had been cleaned. We got a new hotel and checked out of this one the same night and canceled the rest of our stay here. We have been trying to get a refund ever since and the hotel told us they can't help since we booked through booking.com so we contacted booking and they said they can't issue a refund bc the hotel refuses to and they can't refund without the hotels consent. Just a horrible experience all around, and no one is willing to help resolve the issue or do anything to make it right. Just a bunch of empty apologies. The inside of the lobby stunk too, it smelled like pee and it was musty. It's very obvious that housekeeping doesn't CLEAN everything, they just spot clean if they see something.

Super clean and comfortable! This place was all around amazing. I typically don't have many great things to say about most of the super 8 motels I have stayed in but this one is not like those at all. The cleanliness is absolutely outstanding in such a cute place! I will definitely be staying here again when I come back!

Average at best...if you can...stay elsewhere Very outdated facilities, and not so clean. Bathroom was dirty when we came in and they do not make your room on a daily basis. Beds were very comfortable and we did have a good sleep here. Breakfast was very simple but that was not the issue...we ran out of bread a few times and it was kind of hard to get them to refill the bread basket. It really seems they are short staffed and owners don't want to hire. Stay someplace else if possible
