You get what you pay for We came for a broadway show. I felt like the initial staff was pretty unhelpful. Bring cleaning supplies. Remember to request housekeeping. Good location, close to Time Squate

Jason is the best My family and I were in a rental vehicle that broke down in the middle of a NY intersection at midnight. Roadside assistance through the rental company was down and they advised to find a hotel. Every hotel we called was booked until I managed to Hotwire 2 rooms from the hotel. I realized I had put in the wrong dates and frantically called the hotel to see if they could accommodate us for that night. I spoke to Jason and he assured me that they would be able to do so. We finally got there and he kept his word and gave us 2 rooms. We did have to wait for the system to turn over so when we finally got into our rooms it was 2am and Jason gave us a late checkout on top of that which we were so grateful for. To say Jason was an absolute pleasure is an understatement. He managed to deal with a crazy stranded, desperate family with such compassion and hospitality, he is an asset to this hotel. From now on when we travel to NY we will only be staying at Club quarters. Thank you for such hospitality and for working us in such a desperate situation.

Perfect for our stay Really nice for our stay. We enjoyed it and would definitely stay again. No roaches, not dirty, CLEAN! And super friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely important to us and was worth the trip

Great hotel in a PERFECT location with friendly staff and great value for your money. The location of this hotel is great - perfectly situated between Times Square, Bryant Park and Rockefellar: you can walk to a Broadway show, Top of the Rock, or shops on 5th Avenue within a 10 minute radius. The hotel is unassuming and on a quiet block but the staff are providing 5 star service : truly one of the best hotels we have stayed at, especially considering the very affordable price. My family felt safe at this hotel, both inside the hotel as well as on the street when we exited and the neighborhood where it is located. The rooms were very comfortably size: We were expecting small hotel rooms for New York (and we got your basic cheapest room available), but there was enough room for us to move around, leave our suitcases out and not feel cramped during our 4 night stay; beds were large as well. Bathrooms only had a shower, if that matters to you, but worked fine for us. Every room was slightly different and unique. The lobby serves coffee, tea and water (still and sparkling) all day, and is a great place to hang out during the day when you need a break, or a little blast of Air Conditioning. There are many cheap food options in the area as well, and we were able to bring food back and enjoy it in the back lobby area at tables - a great way to save money but still feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone searching - do yourself a favor, stop searching different hotels and stay here! Special shout out to Ricardo and Justin who helped us locate our lost sunglasses that we forgot in the Club Lobby, and they were able to retrieve from Lost and Found. We're always half expecting people to roll their eyes or not look when we ask, but they remembered it even before looking and were so pleasant to deal with. Could not have left a better impression on us!

Great Stay with Great staff! Had a wonderful check in thanks to Joanne, and fun, and a wonderful check out due to Justin! Both were welcoming, helpful, and absolutely lovely. Hotel was ideally located for my needs (seeing as much theatre as possible). I was easily able to walk to Times Square, Broadway, and all the theatres I needed to get to. My room was clean and the bedding was so nice. The pillows are amazing. My room felt homey and was a great place to relax between shows and other reservations I’d made. Great stay, and I would come back again!
