Hampton Inn New York - 35th Street - Empire State Building

Fabulous midtown hotel Excellent hotel in Midtown. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Reliable WIFI. elevators were good ( we stayed on 10th floor). Lovely outdoor space with chairs to have a morning coffee etc.. Fabulous location. Breakfast was decent, only the area was small and very crowded when we were there. I wish they had milk next to the tea&coffee station so one doesn't have to cross the room and get into the food line to just put a little milk in their tea. ** The best part of this hotel is the WONDERFUL STAFF. EVERY SINGLE PERSON from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast room staff were friendly and helpful. Special shout outs to LAURA, SINSIR AND JOSE at the front desk. Thank you all for your kindnesses. You made our stay extra special!!

Maybe not so great after all The bed was uncomfortable felt like it wasn’t clean and almost like small bugs the WiFi was poor but the service was good the buffet wasn’t good small limited options overall expensive for little quality not worth the money good location though

Excellent Experience - Amazing Staff - Great Location We had a excellent experience and stay at this hotel. First, the staff is amazing. EVERY staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. On each return to the hotel, we were greeted with a "welcome back" by at least one or more staff members. I thought this was a very nice touch. There is an onsite security guard/staff member, which made us feel safe. The area seemed safe too but it was an extra bonus to have the security personnel there. The hotel was nice. The room was small but expected for NYC and had what we needed. Clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was convenient and as expected. The location is great - centrally located to so many things. The Empire State Building is one street over. There are many great places to eat on the same street, next door/a couple doors down and in the area. There is always delivery too. We were located on the 2nd floor which I found extremely convenient and lucky to get. The room was in the back. It was pleasantly quite and worth the lack of a view. Overall, this was exactly what we had hoped for in a hotel. It was reasonably priced, clean, friendly and helpful staff, and great location. Thank you to all the staff members at the Hampton Inn for helping make our trip to NYC so memorable.

Best hotel experience in New York! Great service at all levels! We went on a family trip, and the service at the hotel was exceptional. Luis in the kitchen is the best! He treated us like family. The complete staff is great, from the front desk to the breakfast area and housekeeping. They all greet you with a smile and a positive and professional attitude. If I ever go back to New York, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The front desk, Laura and all the staff are very friendly. Very rare to find a staff member today with that high quality of service and friendly service in hospitality they are diamonds.
