Great place to stay in the City Check in we were met by the wonderful Jerry . So helpful so polite so nice . He sorted a couple of issues out for us too . Rooms were very clean, have everything you need for a few days The bedroom windows were drafty which did make the room cold . Great breakfast area with free tea & coffee in the afternoon Checked out night before owing to early flight again by the wonderful Jerry - always had a smile for us .

Great Stay In NYC Just back from 7 nights here. Room was great. Housekeeping very good. Receptionist on check in very professional and friendly. Concierge always said hello and have a good day. Only downside was a very rude barman on 5th night, didn’t return to the bar after. Would definitely stay again though

Manager tried to bust down our door I loved the location of this hotel and the surrounding areas. The place is great but their little female manager came real close to ruining an entire week for us. We never want anyone in our room cleaning it up. We’re adults, we don’t need any service til we’re done. Because of this the little manager lady showed up with TWO security guards ready to either bust into our room or confront me. All we wanted was to be left alone but she seems to think we were up to no good doing something wrong in there.

Excellent Stay – Safe, Central & Welcoming ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Safe, Central & Welcoming My daughter and I have stayed at Manhattan Club Suites twice — once in summer (August 2024) and again during the autumn/winter period from November to December, leading into the Christmas season in 2025. The location is outstanding. Manhattan Club Suites are centrally positioned and within easy walking distance of Times Square, Central Park, the Broadway Theatre District, Fifth Avenue, and Rockefeller Centre, making it ideal for sightseeing. During our first stay, we had separate suites, both of which were spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable. On our second visit, we chose to share one suite, which was equally well appointed. The suite included a separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a comfortable sofa bed, a second bathroom, a kitchenette, and two televisions — perfect for an extended stay. We felt extremely welcomed and safe on both visits. The doormen and concierge staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. There were always at least two doormen on duty (sometimes three), which added greatly to our sense of security. The concierge team was very helpful with luggage and arranging taxis, and staff greeted us warmly every day. A special mention to Joel, who truly made our stays memorable. He was kind, friendly, and always took the time to chat with us, making both my daughter and me feel safe and valued. Joel also assisted us with our luggage and organised our airport taxi when we departed. Housekeeping staff were also lovely — conscientious, friendly, and happy to ensure our stay was comfortable. On both occasions, our room was ready upon arrival, and we were able to check in around 15 minutes early, which was greatly appreciated. Safety was a key factor in our experience, and the professionalism of the staff and overall environment exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend Manhattan Club Suites.

Top quality hotel and central location with top class staff. Especially Anthony. Great hotel, great staff, everything we wanted on our first trip to the Big Apple. Hotel was spotless. Staff were polite and helpful. Had to check out at 11am but flight wasn’t to 9pm and wanted later check out, was told this would be accomadated on the morning of check out at 8am with no hassle but was denied as hotel was booked out, only a small detail we didn’t like. Anthony the bell boy was our favourite, always there to help, to challenge to big. We can’t wait to go back. 10/10 from us
