A Wonderful stay and Wonderful location! We just got home from staying at The Millennium Hotel Broaday Times Square for 10 glorious days! We had a great time even though the huge snow storm hit NYC the second day we were there! Ha! We bundled up and tried to keep warm. Erin and Danny welcomed us with open arms at the front desks where you check in. They were beyond kind, helpful, funny, and so welcoming! They even gave me a yummy box of chocolates for my birthday and Danny turned the bubble machine on in celebration! They TRULY made our stay there even better! Our room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable! We slept like babies every night. The hot water in the shower was plentiful. Loved the liquid hand soap too! Everyone there was really nice and made us feel important everyday. Thank you so much for a great vacay! We WILL be back! xoxoxo

Amazing location Check in was good, lovely pleasant lady. Got to our room on the 32nd floor and it was really big, sufficient enough, clean, was worried because of the terrible reviews, yes it could do with a lick of paint but it was more than adequate for the time we spent in there, WIFI worked fine, staff generally pleasant throughout the hotel, there was no charge to leave your luggage but I did ask just in case as I had read it in another review, the location of this hotel is perfect, upon check out, we were refunded our deposit, got back to England the next day and already have it. Overall a good experience so try not to worry if you have booked an then read the reviews, it’s perfectly fine

Fantastic Millennium Hotel ! I stayed here with my fiance Danil and I was so happy ! I came and the very nice front desk lady told me they would like to upgrade my room for free ! Can you believe? It was 55th floor , 55th! I was so afraid to come by window and no way to look down , man , it was scary ! Thank you , dear Millennium I will come again soon I will be hosting even in NY and you can be sure I will promote your hotel to everyone who will attend the events I host !
