From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the property has been neglected and that guest comfort is not a priority. First, the television in my room didn’t work at all. For a hotel of this supposed caliber, that’s unacceptable. When I asked about it, the staff seemed indifferent, offering no real solution. Then there was the shortage of towels. For a multi-night stay, I expected enough for basic use, but housekeeping consistently failed to supply them, and when I requested more, it felt like I was inconveniencing them. The lack of hot water was beyond frustrating. On top of that, the furniture was in terrible condition, with visible cracks, chips, and wear that made the room feel more like a cheap roadside motel than a hotel in the heart of Manhattan. Service overall was equally disappointing. The staff gave the impression that they were either overworked or completely uninterested in helping guests. Every request felt like pulling teeth, and there was no sense of hospitality or care. In short: this hotel is a disaster. Between the broken amenities, poor housekeeping, lack of basic comforts, and unfriendly service, it’s simply not worth the money. There are countless other hotels in New York City—do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else but here.

Sunil super helpful guy! Sunil was so helpful at the reservation desk! I had some issues with my booking and I was panicking and very anxious, he managed to calm me down and sort out the problem. He has fantastic customer service. I will definitely come back here!
