Thank you, Daniel for quintessential care! I would like to give a shout out to Daniel at the Millennium Hotel! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a quintessential experience in Time Square! D He had great suggestions of restaurants and tourist attractions to make the most of our trip. He was extremely welcoming, fun and informative! I loved watching Daniel interact and welcome all guests, but he was very kind to the children! We will definitely be back the next time we are in NYC! Thanks so much Daniel for a wonderful experience!

Heat unit does not turn on! The room is very old. The heat/ ac was not working. We froze in the room.We requested blankets and it was still cold. I don’t recommend this hotel as well.

Location We rated this hotel an average 3 and that’s because of the location , checkin person and bell hops. They were very nice, the room was average not even a mini fridge in the room and we had our 2 grandsons with us. It would’ve been nice to use it for drinks. The room was too warm so we had to turn off the heat..Those rooms need general maintenance

New york in December. The hotel was right next to Everything you can walking distances thear lots of food places and a Starbucks just out sied 43st Street you can walk to macys Grand Central Station radio city empire state building Rockefeller Centre and central Park . Time square is the good place for food or just go 2 blocks in hur in hells kitchen It was bizzay wothe wee pubs in a target The hotel has all you nead ..but it think kettle in tea & coffee facility the roomed ned a bit up date in new rooms and sume nead a good clean the dust at back of tv and new bathroom..but it is ok just to sleep in a stop of in the day as you dont stay in room just sleeping the staff are veray nice and will help you out the clean is lovelay to eving the door man theay mack you feal welcome i had a good stay on the 5 yo the 10 of December 2025 Starbucks on the door .lol if a good place if you dont sleep lots a peppal out 24 7 in shops to for food . IT felt comfortable and safe to let my nice go to time square at 12 am for food geting a boot the street are all ways bizzay and sume 1 was all ways thear. Yes it was safe at night like 4 in morning. going a boot at night wee wear 4 giral on a shopping trip. I wood be ggoing back to this hotel at it feal safe.

5 STARS!! All of the staff was AMAZING!!! Sunil, Tyree, Mark, Eppie and many more were very welcoming and helpful. We will be back in the future.
