Not just a job but Thoughtful Hospitality I’m currently staying at Hotel Millennium Broadway at the Times Square on a solo trip of 10 days and I want to take a moment to specially commend the manager, Sunil ji for the exceptional hospitality I experienced. He was warm, approachable and incredibly proactive in helping with even the smallest details. It’s rare these days to meet someone in hospitality who takes such pride in making guests feel welcome and looked after. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference to my stay. What really stood out to me was his patience with my future booking in a few days with my family. He made the entire process smooth, efficient, and thoughtful, ensuring that everything is taken care of for our next stay. Thank you again for going above and beyond — it’s people like you who turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just great service, but truly thoughtful hospitality

AVOID This Hotel: Location is Its Only (Minor) Asset * Location: The only positive is the location, but many better hotels are nearby. * Deceptive Appearance: Don't be fooled by the lobby; it's not classy. * Misleading Rooms: Rooms look nothing like the pictures. We got a supposedly "best" room that was still awful. * Abysmal Service: We constantly begged for water and towels. * Old & Unhygienic Furniture: Furniture is old, broken, and unhygienic, especially in the bathroom, which also lacked an exhaust fan. * Dangerous Leaks: The tub leaks dangerously, a safety hazard ignored even after multiple requests for new curtains. * Missing Amenities: Basic amenities like a coffee maker were missing and cheap. * Noisy: Rooms are incredibly noisy; you'll hear everything from neighbors and the hallway.

Perfect location with nice and friendly staff This is the hotel we stay at during our quick layover in NYC. This recent stay, I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Wilson of Engineering Dept. He assisted on fixing the tv in my room. He is very efficient and friendly. He made sure the tv will be fixed as I mentioned that I cannot sleep without the tv on. Thank you again Mr. Wilson! The hotel has the best location as it is exactly in Times Square.

Great location, easy access Great location, have stayed in this hotel before - but the rooms are starting to get a little tired (chipped furniture, some wall repair needed in the bathroom). The air conditioning work amazingly and was perfect for breaks from the summer heat. Steps from Times square, many broadway shows, and easy access to subway.

No flexibility I was in NY in May and after a disaster of a booking, booked this place. The site superimposed the wrong dates for July instead of May. Not refundable. Realised within minutes. They would not refund. Ok. They would not move the dates. They would not change the names so someone else could use the two rooms. I know it was my simple mistake, but be warned this hotel will offer no flexibility. They will no doubt have re sold the rooms.
