Hotel is clean, Aircon works well, have a coffee machine, room safe and fridge in room. Booked a "ball drop room", but the ball was being serviced. Spoke with Sunil, reception manager, he changed my room, much better. Happy with the service, they do try to accommodate you if possible. 45th floor, it's amazing to see the people below, looks like an ant farm. Lol

AVOID This Hotel: Location is Its Only (Minor) Asset * Location: The only positive is the location, but many better hotels are nearby. * Deceptive Appearance: Don't be fooled by the lobby; it's not classy. * Misleading Rooms: Rooms look nothing like the pictures. We got a supposedly "best" room that was still awful. * Abysmal Service: We constantly begged for water and towels. * Old & Unhygienic Furniture: Furniture is old, broken, and unhygienic, especially in the bathroom, which also lacked an exhaust fan. * Dangerous Leaks: The tub leaks dangerously, a safety hazard ignored even after multiple requests for new curtains. * Missing Amenities: Basic amenities like a coffee maker were missing and cheap. * Noisy: Rooms are incredibly noisy; you'll hear everything from neighbors and the hallway.

Perfect location with nice and friendly staff This is the hotel we stay at during our quick layover in NYC. This recent stay, I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Wilson of Engineering Dept. He assisted on fixing the tv in my room. He is very efficient and friendly. He made sure the tv will be fixed as I mentioned that I cannot sleep without the tv on. Thank you again Mr. Wilson! The hotel has the best location as it is exactly in Times Square.
