Location brilliant. Location brilliant about ten steps and your on Times Square. Staff very friendly. Towels very old and could do with a re fresh. Water pressure + warm not so good.

Run away Had no flexibility to change my dates despite messaging them early and then every day, and having booking.com onboard with the changes. Tried calling them many times and no one would pickup. Booking.com called many times and they didn't pickup. When I finally had the operations manager on the phone, she did not want to help me. Ended up losing 2,000 USD. Run away from this place - service is everything in hospitality

OYO Lovely hotel slap bang in the middle of manhattan 1 minute walk to Times Square. Loved Maria the receptionist very enthusiastic and lovely to talk to. One thing I will say is the rooms are a tad bit small they look bigger on the picture but I suppose you don’t go to New York to stay in your room so it okay just to shower and sleep but they are very modern:)
