Fabulous location Our stay was wonderful! The room was quiet and the staff was very pleasant. I gave a 4 star because the bathroom sink kept leaking every time we used the faucet other than that we enjoyed ourself.

My overall review My over all review the rooms are not ss seen on your website, its very deceiving. The double bed room is not meant for four people cause there's not enough room for baggage The area is a great location.

Fantastic location Fantastic location , liked the safe. Biggest issue for us was we had booked a double room and it was probably more like a large single bed and there was simply no room to store or open 2 suitcases at once. Ice was available . It was quiet to sleep . No extras at all just a room and bathroom.

Good stay I stayed in a standard, interior facing twin room on the 3rd floor. The rooms were small but it was efficient use of space. Surprisingly, my room was fairly quiet. The location can’t be beat if you are seeing a show. The Paris cafe adjacent to the hotel was great. The housekeeping staff was very friendly yet professional. Concierge desk staff were not- no eye contact- often looking at their phones. Overall- good stay!

Not what we were expecting but was okay Room was a lot smaller than anticipated with 2 bunk beds for a family of 4. Room also didn’t have a TV however this wasn’t a problem for us because we were out from early in the morning until late in the evening. Beds were comfy. AC system didn’t work from the start of our stay so we had to cope with a hot and sweaty room for 2 nights out of our 3 night stay. Staff were helpful as to assign us a new room for our final night which had working AC but a smaller bathroom. Close to Times Square so perfect position for tourists and Subway station not too far of a walk.
