The meeting room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, creating an excellent environment for collaboration and productivity. From the very start, Joanna and Shana were a pleasure to work with during the booking and planning process — professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Throughout our stay, the service from the hotel team truly stood out. Henry (who assisted with our luggage) was efficient and welcoming, Carlos provided excellent service during lunch, and the breakfast team was consistently friendly and attentive. Saving the best for last — Tammy at the front desk deserves the highest praise. Tammy delivered exceptional guest service at every interaction. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail went far beyond expectations. She made our entire group feel genuinely valued and taken care of. A true 20 out of 10 experience. Tammy is an outstanding representative of the Marriott brand. Thank you to the entire Renaissance Times Square team for making our meeting and stay such a success.
