Definitely recommend!!! This hotel is in the heart of everything that is Times Square! The staff is very kind and courteous - they answered any questions I had very promptly through the app! The room was very nice and clean and as a plus the window even cracked open, which allowed me to get some fresh air in the room! Definitely recommend a stay at this hotel if you wanna be where the action is!

Can’t recommend sorry We stayed here for five nights and, while the location is undeniably excellent right in the heart of Times Square, our overall experience was mixed and ultimately disappointing for a hotel of this price and brand. We were travelling as a family with children and booked this hotel specifically because it offered a comfortable, welcoming bar and lounge area. The idea of being able to enjoy a drink in the hotel, without having to leave the building or worry about access issues with children in tow, was a major factor in our decision. The cost of the stay was close to $9,000 for two rooms, so expectations were understandably high. The rooms themselves were comfortable, clean, and relatively quiet considering the location, and the views over Times Square are a real highlight. Staff we interacted with were polite and professional. However, a significant drawback was the inconsistent availability of the hotel bar. Throughout the week there was prominent signage advertising opening times, yet on two of the five nights the bar was closed to hotel guests due to private functions. On the first occasion, guests could still access drinks in a secondary lobby area, which was disappointing but manageable. On the second occasion, including our final night, we were not permitted to order drinks at all, even to take into the lobby, as both the bar and lobby areas were closed off for a private event. For a hotel charging premium rates, this felt unreasonable. If the main bar and lobby are regularly closed to accommodate private functions, the hotel should ideally operate a second bar or dedicated guest-only area to ensure paying guests still have access to advertised facilities. In summary, the location and rooms are strong positives, but poor communication and limited access to key amenities significantly detracted from what should have been a premium family-friendly experience.

Horrible for elite members!!! Don’t stay here if you have status with Marriott I.e. ambassador or Titantium. They don’t give you the level of service you expect. There is no lounge, but they don’t allow you to eat breakfast in the restaurant like other Marriott’s. Instead they send us to a Market store. There is only one guy who barely understands English. He is forced to heat up ( not cook) a premade breakfast sandwich not fit for a dog. You are only allowed water, coffee, or tea. ( no oj even for kids), whole fruit only, small make your own oatmeal packet for $6 extra. There was no caramel for coffee. Choose a different hotel until they change their service like other 4 stars hotels.

Meh Is in some ways as a typical New York Marriott property meaning they care less about your status. I don’t expect much but at least some acknowledgment I’m ambassador level and the welcome gift is too cheap bottles of water and then an offer of 750 bonus points a day, which means nothing and actually no acknowledgment whatsoever your status on a plus side they finally reopened the restaurant

Felt overpriced for experience Room was slightly dated but spacious. Water in the bathroom was only lukewarm. No room service available which I felt was disappointing for the cost of the room. Great location, and front of desk staff were very friendly and helpful accommodating needs.
