Wkend get away I was having issues with my room key demagnetizing x3 w/in 24 hrs and David V at the front desk was super helpful regarding a final fix on the situation.

Every minute was lovely and calming! We loved our stay at the Michelangelo! Perfect location! Staff beyond lovely! Our doorman Edwin was awesome! Everyone was so helpful.

Old world charm with impeccable staff The Michaelangelo Hotel FAR has exceed our expectations (and they were high!). We arrived 2 nights ago and have had THE BEST service, hospitality, food, and comfort! A huge shout out to Mersad who has gone above and beyond every time we've encountered him! A real gem of a person and a hotel! If we come back to NYC, there's no question about where we will stay! Old world charm and service in an otherwise hectic area!

A Bit of Italy in NYC This hotel has a great location near the theatre district and shopping. The lobby and rooms had a lot of marble meant to evoke Italy, though perhaps the interiors could have used a refresh or some minor repairs. The staff was professional.
