Expensive low budget hotel Outdated rooms, no water bottles for the room, no outlets in convenient places. Looks like mold or something in the heater. I found a pin on the floor next to the heater... Definitely a very expensive low end hotel.

Not worth it Check in was chaotic. I was curtly reminded that check-in is at 4:00 pm when I showed up at 3:30. I was given the sigh and "let me see if I have something available" line. Fortunately I was able to check in because by the time we came back down an hour later the line was practically out the door. We were on one of the renovated floors, and I can't say it's much of an improvement. Laminate flooring may be easier to clean but there is nothing to dampen the sound. Also, windows were not upgraded so not very soundproof or well insulated. We barely slept between the outside noise, the hallway noise, the guests in adjacent rooms and the running water we heard all night. I honestly don't know how hotels get away with charging facilities fees when there is nothing special offered. This is on top of the sky high holiday season rates. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location but even then there are several other options in the surrounding blocks.

You will be disappointed Do not stay at this hotel! Pictures are deceiving the hotel staff were rude, the rooms were so outdated and dirty, and don't even get me started on the bathroom….Mold and has not been cleaned in at least a month, No refrigerator in the rooms, it was awful! Paid $1800 US for 3 nights…NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!!! You can and will find better…

Excellent location and clean spacious room, makes this an excellent choice to stay ! Great location to Times Square , Central Park, Saint Patricks and Rockefeller Center. Excellent staff, especially Raul at the door and Shamu and William at the breakfast bar.
