Great Service We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and we especially want to thank Racquel at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful during our stay. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference and left us with such a positive impression. We are very grateful for her assistance and would definitely recommend this hotel thanks to her excellent service

Not wood experience This hotel is not what it looks like on the website. The room is dirty and old. Luckily, we were only there for one night. The only positive It Is the location.

Would Definitely Return- Ask for Racquel in the Front Desk The staff is very polite and approachable. I want to give special thanks to Racquel at the Front Desk. She was super helpful and nice during our stay.

Great stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, those who moan just pick out the worst in everything I feel! The room we had was a little dated but very spacious, but who sits in their room when in New York! They are upgrading many rooms so will be 5* review in near future! Hotel is very clean and the cleaners are round everyday making the rooms clean for when you come back. Great location only a stones throw away from Times Square and Central Park, We had no issues with hotel fees but some fees are due on arrival.

Beautiful Outer Views & Good Location The Hotel is beautiful from the outside with beautiful city views from the 16th floor. It is very conveniently located near Columbus Circle, Times Square, Radio City Music Hall, and Ellen’s Starduster Diner! Great location for walkers. I arrived by a Red Eye flight from the West Coast and Front Desk early check-in was met with ease and compassion by Senka. Despite difficulties with the check-in process and crowds attempting to check out/in, she was committed to assisting me in getting checked in so I may recover and refresh for my conference the following days. My only downside is that the hotel is in need of updated decor, painting, and carpeting which would do wonders for its reputation and star rating.
