Christmas Stay 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay with unbeatable location and classic charm We had an overall wonderful stay at The Warwick Hotel during our Christmas trip to NYC. Pros: • Prime location — truly cannot be beat • Spacious suites • Very clean rooms • Friendly, helpful staff from front desk to bellmen • Nostalgic, old-New-York charm Cons: • Both the décor and mattresses are in need of a refresh Due to a flight cancellation, we stayed in two different suites during our visit. Our first suite, the Randolph Suite, was superb — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We then moved to an On the Avenue Suite, which was also very clean and roomy. However, in both suites, the mattresses could use updating. If your budget allows, I would definitely recommend upgrading to a larger suite — it made a noticeable difference in our experience. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation, just in an upgraded suite next time. The hospitality was exceptional, and the hotel provided the perfect nostalgic backdrop for a Christmas stay in New York City.

Perfect Holiday Venue Everything about my experience was wonderful. Staff was extremely helpful.i loved my room. I enjoyed breakfast at thevrestaurant and drinks at the bar! The location is terrific! I would definitely return!

Family Visit Large comfortable rooms, great showers, friendly staff. Doormen were especially helpful and friendly. Will stay again.

Got to my room early and being a Warwick high tier member I also get my welcome drink voucher and some nice perks. Yes the rooms are dated but they are large compared to others I’ve stayed at and the location is great! I’ve already booked my stay for the same time next year!

4 Night Thanksgiving Stay My family stayed here for 4 nights in Nov 2025. Three adults and one child. First off, the staff was tremendous! Front desk, door men, and concierge were fantastic. The repairmen (that we used a few times were great). The location was phenomenal and was walking distance to Times Square, Central Park and many other sites. Location and friendly staff were 5 stars. The hotel lobby was great. The rooms were outdated, which would be fine if it was kept up. There were clearly signs of wear and tear on the furniture doors, etc. The bedroom was large, which was unexpected, but the bathroom was tiny. The shower door couldn't be opened without opening the bathroom door. There were obvious signs of wear all throughout the bathroom. The room got hot every night. We replaced the air conditioner twice. That didn't help. It seemed the hotel managed the AC and heat from a central location. Even though it was cold outside, we were sweating throughout the night. We ended up sleeping with the windows open, which worked but paying that much for a hotel I thought we would have working AC. The rooms were clean but it was dated and there were obvious signs of needed repairs. Overall, we may stay again for the location and helpfulness of staff. But I may look elsewhere.
