Perfect location! I’d stay here again. Wonderful staff and management. Great location! A quick walk to Grand Central Station and the Empire State Building. Many great food places nearby. Beds are comfortable. Nice large refrigerator. Microwave. Stovetop. Sink. Laundry on premises. Exercise room. Wonderful outdoor lounge on the 33rd floor. (Limited outdoor seating) Free drinks daily. Shower with tub. Bus line nearby. A great bus to catch is the M101 or M102 on 5th Ave or Madison. It will take you to Central Park and down south on 5th Avenue to Rockefeller and the Flat Iron Building. Times Square is a decent walk away, but if you are not inclined to walk, hop on a bus. All you need for transportation is a contactless credit card to tap as you get on the bus. Use the same card for every bus and subway ride. It caps out at $34.00 in 7 days, travel is free after $34 used. I would definitely stay here again. However, NEVER EVER, EVER agree to sit in a timeshare meeting. ANYTHING free they offer you is NOT worth it!!! Seriously, take my advice. Pushy and rude sales people will make you feel stupid for not buying their timeshare. They will ask you how you spend your vacation dollars and try to convince you that it’s better to buy a $50,000+ timeshare mortgage (with interest) and no way to resell it easily than for you to spend $80,000+ in ten years on your own AirBnBs. Then when your 60-90 minute presentation time is up, they will hijack you trying to hold you hostage until they either convince you to buy or make you so mad. You practically have to cause a scene to leave. Heaven forbid you try to leave even 5 minutes early. Most unethical salespeople in the world, or close to it.

Awesome location with solid rooms and amenities, not so great on service A Wyndham owner generously got a room for me, so I can’t speak to the price/value. But I absolutely loved my room. Positives: + The kitchenette was well-equipped. + There was laundry available in the building, with packets of detergent for guests. + There were very few rooms per floor, so multiple rooms are corner rooms. My room had an awesome view. + The gym had modern equipment that was in good condition. + Great location for public transportation and sighteeing. + Great rooftop deck for enjoying carryout breakfast from a nearby restaurant, free coffee/tea, or one of the free happy hour events from the hotel. Negatives: - The elevators get really busy. - The valet/bellhop took our stuff up, but it was against hotel policy to leave the bags in the room (which is unusual from my experience). They were kept very busy, so when we missed the bellhop stopping by our room with the first attempt, it took almost 2 hours to get them to drop our bags off. - The timeshare meeting was not at all on-schedule. The staff person was quite late for the scheduled time, and wanted to keep talking for more than double the duration the timeshare owner agreed to.

Resort is fine but not close to much The resort served the purpose but really isn’t close to anything. We had a good walk or Uber ride to get places. Timeshare staff was mildly pushy. But I said thank you & we would let them know if we wanted to talk. She he we go back to NYC we would probably pay for a hotel instead of being so out of the way. Ubers ran us quite a bit over 4 days!

Awesome stay close to Grand Central Great resort with everything you need for a visit to the city. You can get anywhere quickly as you are a few short blocks from Grand Central. Units are great size and well equipped.

Spring Break Trip Friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean accommodations and very walkable! My So. And I enjoyed the daily mimosas and hot chocolate. We also very much appreciated the use of the very big umbrella’s for those rainy days! We would definitely go back!
