Great night Attended as a DJ for an xmas party. Great service from Staff especially Keegan. Great communication and was directed on all aspects needed.

Just OK for a night The front desk staff were all lovely; despite how busy they were with long queues for check-in, they remained cheerful. The hotel has two lifts. Our room was very basic with a nice river view. The was a mini fridge and electric kettle. The bed was small and moderately comfortable. While there were nightstands on each side of the bed, unfortunately, there were no power outlets for charging devices at bedside--a simple power hub on each nightstand would be a huge improvement for guests. The shower/tub combo had loads of mold in the grout; housekeeping needs to give that a good scrubbing. The shower water pressure was excellent! The towels were nice! It would have been nice to have another towel rack near the sink for the hand towel rather than dripping water across the floor to only towel rack on the other side of the bathroom. The WiFi was very slow and not password protected (boo!).

Nice but disappointed with Club Room Nice hotel in general but I was very disappointed with the Club Room we stayed as the window overlooking the river was half the size of the windows in a standard room and I could hardly see the river. And the room size seems smaller than a standard room even thou it advertised as bigger. I recommend people book a standard room.

Great stay. Amazing Staff. Good drinks. Tasty breakfast. We had a cheeky overnight stay at the Copthorne Newcastle on the Quayside after seeing Five at the Utilita Arena. Abby was amazing and sorted out our room for us overlooking the river. Really nice room. Feels updated since our last stay. Nicola checked us in and we had a great chat about the concert as she had been to the Leeds show. After the gig, we met Paul at the bar who handed us over to Keegan for a couple of drinks before retiring to our room. Paul was amazing as always and Keegan’s cocktails were incredible. Keegan was a lovely lad, had really good chat with him too and yes, he’s named after Kevin! Breakfast was really nice. The pancake machine was a very welcome surprise. Haven’t seen this before and I bet I don’t see it anywhere else. Good selection of breakfast treats and the usual buffet items. Great stay. Amazing Staff. Good drinks. Tasty breakfast. Thanks to all!
