Did Not Disappoint It did not disappoint! My first time staying here. I had heard bad things from locals but was reassured of the remodel and new ownership so we took a chance. Our room and the hotel was very adequate. Friendly and accommodating staff was a welcomed surprise, too.

Much Needed R&R The rooms are much nicer since Hilton”SPARK” remodeled and updated the rooms and the hotel colors are relaxing! However, no comfortable seats in the room! You have a nice reading lamp in the corner with no chair and the metal plastic chair at the desk isn’t comfortable! No microwaves in the rooms, have to go to the lobby to warm up your food, you may have brought back from eating out. The room are nice and spacious, but at least need a nice reading chair added to the corner under the lamp and the breakfast bar “Bagel Bar” I don’t eat bagels and the yogurt is healthy, so mainly Carbs on the bar! The Staff is always great especially Paige! I will return, but I sure hope they improve breakfast “Hilton”. Thank you

Happily Surprised with this New Addition to the Hilton Family Spark is the low end Hilton. They are existing hotels that Hilton has taken over and renovated. I dont l know how old this unit was but it looked very new and clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Desk staff was friendly. The room was modern with 2 Q beds and there was a bath/shower fixture. The desk had a slide out section that would turn the desk into an L shape and the lighting was adequate. Mattress and pillows are on the soft side. Breakfast was solely a bagel 'bar' - cream cheese and jellies for toppings and decent orange juice and of course coffee. Spouse said there was a pool but I did not see it! We were only here for one day so I really did not explore much. This hotel is out in the country but actually has several fast food restaurants next door or across the street. Taco bell, Mcdonalds and Wendy's I remember. There are several parking spots out front reserved for Diamond members. I wonder how many Diamond members stay at Spark? hahaha Just remember this is a pared down Hilton, nothing fancy here but very clean and nice. Don't look for the bellman.

Very good except "breakfast" Property is clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Very easy on and off I77. "Breakfast" however is NOT included. What is included is a very limited Bagel Bar with frozen bagels, select toppings and juice. During my stay, some of the bagels were stale and whoever made the coffee mis-measured because it was undrinkable. Description should say "Continental style breakfast included." Also, you'll need to stop by the ice machine on each floor (near the elevators) to get a paper cup for the bathroom. None were in the room so if you need to take meds, brush teeth, etc. you'll need to pick up a cup or 2. All in all it's a very good place to spend a night on the road. Just be aware of the breakfast limitations.

Poor management This Garland Inn, is a true joke. Had a reservation, they lost it. 17 cars in the parking lot of a three story hotel, no rooms available. Well they had 3 dirty rooms. Was suggested we could change the sheets if we wanted too! No way. If I could give them a zero, I would, otherwise do not waste your money!
