A great value for your money The pillows were so fluffy. They were like Sleeping on clouds. I will definitely be staying here again comma as this place is luxurious. I love that they have gotten rid of all the Loitering around the parking lot.. The new landscaping is beautiful and very inviting.

Stay Elsewhere! Let me preface this by saying, I usually give people & companies a chance to fix negatives & I don't usually write reviews unless the experience is VERY good or VERY bad as I often make decisions myself on other people's reviews. Unfortunately, finding honest reviews is getting harder and many people think you should be content with mediocre nowadays. We arrived late. Although upon complaining after we returned from dinner, the overnight front desk staff did offer a room change, however, two thirds of the group were already asleep so this wasn't an option. Upon arrival, there were some shady people mulling around the parking lot and others being let in the side doors. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of mold/mildew, every surface was dirty and sticky, the furniture was old and filthy, grout in the shower was black, the sheets felt damp, the window screens torn, the air conditioner old and loud, no plugs in the sink or bath drains and in the early morning hours, we had an unwelcome guest walking along the edge of the bath: a very large cockroach. We trapped him under a cup for the manager and cleaning staff to see. The next morning I complained to the G.M. about the room and our visitor. She was dismissive about the state of her hotel and even more so, telling me the cockroach was most likely a water bug and they get those sometimes due to the proximity of a creek. I'm not stupid. I know what a cockroach looks like and this was surely one & he clearly came the two flights up through the unplugged tub drain. As compensation, I was offered a discounted rate for my next Choice Hotel stay. That's never going to happen. I am a Choice Hotel Privledge Member and have stayed in all levels & brands of hotels around the world. This one is definitely in the top 5 worst hotels I've had the experience of enjoying. I've stayed in tents better than this. Needless to say, I have filed a complaint through Choice Hotels directly. This place needs gutting. $150/night for a suite is an acceptable rate for this sort of room but not in there state this hotel is currently in. There are plenty of other places to stay in Newnan. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Good location but felt bit let down Lovely English lady checked us in, very friendly and helpful. Room ok, quite dark. Stayed three nights and was very disappointed that our room wasn’t serviced once during the three nights. Indoor swimming pool very run down and pool water looked dirty.

GREAT Hotel in Newnan This is the only hotel that has Jacuzzi Suite Rooms and has clean rooms. They serves a excellent hot breakfast. ALL of the staff is friendly and cheerful. Lobby and hallways have a great clean/fresh scent. They also are the only ones that have a indoor pool which is nice but I didn't use it. Overall, excellent and importantly very clean.
