Nice! Clean rooms and helpful staff. No frills but no nonsense. And parking included! A long walk/short drive to downtown, but a good option for the south side of town. Walkable to the beach and a few local attractions.

Excellent and relaxing stay. Had an excellent experience. Very clean and quiet room. Good breakfast although the pancake maker needed fixed. Enjoyed using the hot tub and was happy it was open till 11pm. Friendly staff and easy check in. Liked the cookies at check in.

Okay stay Check in went very smooth. The room seemed clean but dated. The room was a handicap accessible room which was fine except the shower head holder was broken. So it was impossible to stand under. I could tell it had been broken for some time. The bed was comfortable.

Stay elsewhere We were unable to get into a room until 6:30 pm. We were told that the housekeeping manager had to personally inspect the rooms before the beleaguered desk clerk could assign them. A hotel has the primary job of getting people into rooms. This place failed.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! If I could write a negative number review I would. I didn't even get to make a reservation. I called to ask if the rooms had a bath or just a shower as some hotels are like that. I was answered by an extremely rude man who said it depends on what room I want. I told him what I was looking for and he said I would have to speak to someone else as he didn't want to talk to me!!!! When I asked him his name, he said "juan" but would not give me his surname saying "don't worry about it" and hung up on me. And that was on the Reservation Line. UNBELIEVABLE. I hate to think what the rest of the staff are like. Needless to say, I won't be staying there.
