Best bed and breakfast in newport ri Thr most comfortable beds and pillows 2 min walk to Bowens wharf shopping and restaurants. Chef served hot breakfast every day and wine and cheese happy hours everyday. Staff are the friendliest in the entire area. I highly suggest the Almondy Inn to anyone visiting newport!

Fantastic ! It is such a quaint cozy b & b. They make you feel like you are at home. We loved our room. The staff was exceptional. The breakfast incredible! We will definitely be back. You could not be at a better location. You can walk to everything. I would recommend the trolley tour you learn a lot of history about Newport. The cliff walk is a must. Restaurants are everywhere! Great place to visit! If you have time go in the Mansions. They are also worth the tour.

A Beautiful Stay We just spent a wonderful four nights with family at the Almondy. The inn is brimming with beautiful old Newport charm. And it's a short convenient walk to the wharf and the center of town. The room was well appointed, with a classic attention to detail. And the bed was extremely comfortable. Our hosts John and Laurence offered exceptional hospitality, going out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Make sure not to miss Laurence's delicious homemade breakfasts each morning!

always a plesure the Almondy Inn is above and beyond all other B&B we have ever stayed at in all our years visiting Newport RI. The rooms are sparkling clean,the breakfast is delicious and the hosts John and Lauren are the best, there hospitality keeps us returning year after year.

Perfect Location, beautiful and extremely clean rooms, delicious breakfast, helpful and accommodating Hosts We have been going to Newport annually for almost 20 years and have stayed several different places until we found the Almondy several years ago. Now we only stay here. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and meticulously clean. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying. John and Laurence are a pleasure to deal with and couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. We are looking forward to coming back in May 2025
