Sheraton Niagara Falls

Beautiful and great location The Sheraton Niagara Falls was a beautiful experience. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Its within walking distance to the Niagara falls, casino, and various restaurants. At the time of my visit there were a life band on the corner every night which were awesome.

Unethical business I would never stay here again I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel in my life.I don't even know where to begin.. When checking in the girl said to put my card in the machine for incidentals,I asked how much it was for the one night and she replied she didn't know. The check in agent told me to just insert my card and whatever comes up is how much it is. I knew this is not standard operating practice so I said I won't be inserting my card without knowing the price.My boyfriend was dropping us off and said he would use his card( big mistake) and also asked if they accept debit she said they do. I asked how is she going to take debit if she doesn't know the price? She then started to ignore me and would only speak to my boyfriend, even if I was speaking she would talk over me and pretend not to hear me. After he paid the $150.00 hold (a number that just came to her as we were standing there) she started to give him the keys and he isn't even on the reservation -I said I am the one who paid and he isn't on the reservation so he shouldn't be getting the keys and I think your behaviour is very rude. She just started YELLING over me saying again and again IT'S NOT RUDE MAAM ITS NOT RUDE MAAM until I walked away. Later when we came back she was staring me down so bad my kids pointed it out . Well big surprise we find out she charged the entire room price of $468.00 to his card plus the $150.00 even though the room was pre paid. We tried calling and they hangup on us and refuse to put a manager on the line. I kept calling back and they just put me on hold and leave me there if they don't hangup. They say speaking to a manager isn't possible and flat out refuse to help us or even speak to us. I have not yelled or been rude at any point as soon as they hear the issue they say no to speaking to a manager and just hangup or put on hold. I would NEVER stay at another Sheraton if this is how they operate their hotel -In the end we just had to report it as fraud.

Lots to do in the surrounding area...The Falls, Cave of The WInds, The Maid of The Mist, The Casino, Fire Works Friday & Saturday, Good & A Varity of Restaurants in The Vacinity. Beautiful Weather during my stay..?

Clean, comfortable and close to the falls The hotel is conveniently located and the room was nice. Property is 3 blocks from Niagara Falls State Park/American Falls. And convention centre is directly across the street. Requested a renovated room upon arrival that was quiet and away from the elevators. Room 202 is a corner room at end of hall from noise and elevators. The room and hotel was very clean and bed very comfortable. AC worked great. Only issue was bathtub and sink drain plugs both weren’t working. But once reported was fixed immediately. Overall a great stay.

Parking Problems Parking is very bad,not enough handicap parking at all.That needs to be fixed,smoking in room next door could smell it in our room.Friendly staff though.
