Great family vacation! Awesome place to bring the family. The grandkids and parents spent a whole day at the Waterpark area and we rented a cabana highly recommend this. The staff were all very friendly. Unfortunately we may have got the only room with no window or balcony and as a smoker it was a lot of trips out in the cold weather for next trip will make sure we don’t get this one again: overall highly recommend a fun family vacation:

Rude front desk staff Front desk staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional and non-accommodating. I strongly recommend escaping your concerns until your concerns are addressed. It seems that staff have lost sight of where they work, the memories that are created and the numerous families aiming to have a loving happy time. Customer service skills need work, we are forever slighted by the impact of such poor service.

Fine for families with young children All in all, amenities are fine, especially if you are travelling with children. If for an adult trip, I would skip this one. The water park was super full on Sunday, August 24th, to the point of not being sanitary. The park/grounds at the back are really nice, the rooms are clean, with minor exceptions (see photos below -- shower soap dispenser and toilet bowl would need a shot of bleach). We appreciated the "kitchenette" corner (fridge, microwave, small sink for dishes, coffeemaker), and the full table with 4 chairs in the room. Beds were clean and comfortable, but maid service left somewhat to be desired (left the room at 9:30, on Tuesday, August 26th, returned around 2:30 p.m. and maid did not make up the room at all). Still, the amenities and location made up for it in some ways.

Disappointing, not an adventure I'd soon repeat. The waterpark was fun, but... and there are MANY buts here, this is not a place I would recommend for most. The waterpark staff was attentive and the waterpark seemed clean. The doors to the waterpark were left open though, so cigarette smoke came in freely. This was not idea. The rooms have ZERO insulation. You hear EVERYTHING. Doors basically need to be slammed shut to close and so you're hearing people slamming doors shut ALL NIGHT LONG. We heard people above us. We heard people below us. We got NO SLEEP the first night and asked if we could cancel the second night, which they did not allow. They didn't have any fans we could borrow (we bought one for the second night). Our room was an unacceptable level of filthy. The bed spreads were awful and were shedding filth onto the sheets. The bathroom was dirty, there were heavy stains on one of the beds sides. No... just no. I left a review elsewhere where they asked me to reach out because "they have higher standards and this wasn't the norm"... something to that effect, but then I read other reviews and realized that these experiences were in no way unique to our family during our stay. I would recommend staying in a nicer hotel and paying for a day visit to the waterpark if you're not just there for the falls. This place is not close to the falls though.

Fun waterpark, but horrendous internet and restaurant experience The waterpark is good. Our woom was nice, but our balcony overlooked the parking lot. There were some rooms with a view of this beautiful picturesque park / quiet space, but I would imagine those are the very expensive / fancy rooms. The Wi-Fi is horrendous. After attemping to connect several times, I just opted to use my data. I was breastfeeding at the time of our stay so I woke up at around 3:30am to pump some milk. I figured the Wi-Fi must be good at that time, because how many people could possibly be using it. Despite is clearly not being peak usage time, it was still incredibly slow / nothing would load. There is nothing more frustrating than lagging internet. We tried to go to Boston Pizza at the hotel for supper, but despite the restaurant being half empty, we were told that it would be about a 20 mins wait because the kitchen needed time to catch up. We said that's fine, and asked if we could just sit at one of the many empty tables while we waited. They said no, and that they would call us when they were ready to seat us. We decided to go eat elsewhere.
