Falls night out Check in was great and seamless, Kos was very accommodating and professional. The room was clean, well prepared and appropriate for the price

Bedbugs We have been to this place many times before but this visit was not so great. We were with a group of friends. While having breakfast the morning after our friends got bitten by a bedbug, room 702! Pictures were taken and shown to the guy at the desk they said they were gonna check the room and follow protocol. So we are just waiting to hear back. Not thinking anything will be done. As soon as I got home, I threw my bag outside in the cold and left it there I did do a thorough check. I pray to God nothing has come back with us.

Mini Trip Checked out this morning from the Falls hotel and inn upon arrival Thursday November 6 to check out on November 10 2025. All staff were great 10 out of 10 for staff they were very helpful. There where only 2 major issues from other rooms 2 different rooms couples that booked those rooms was woken up to the room next to me slamming there balcony room door went to front desk to let the know about the issue upon going to front desk the same was happening both rooms were arguing so front desk checked it out this was on the Friday night and again on Saturday night the room next to me was playing loud music and going on that I was able to hear it in the room both knight staff were great about checking it out. Now the room I was in was 503 and the was a nice size only for 2 issues in the room door that goes to the balcony door needs to be looked into as when closed and locked the door tends to open a crack that a breeze comes into the room witch the front desk is aware as I told them. The other thing was that the 2 chairs that are the same the back rest and legs are loose othe than this the room was perfect

We enjoyed Falls Hotel & Inn The staff is very friendly. Perfect location, so close to Clifton Hill. Clean rooms and affordable pricing. I would definitely return.

Friendly staff GK at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Great checkin experience and the room was exactly what we were looking for.
