It was a pleasant stay. The stay here was pleasant. The room was clean with no smells and the lady up front was friendly. The check in was fast and easy. We was on the 3rd floor but they have an elevator so that was no problem. It was really quiet and the bed was comfortable. All in all it was a nice stay.

Nice stay This is a perfect hotel to stay for one night in Niles. Rooms are big, staff is helpful, breakfast is ok. The price is much better for these types of services. I recommend this hotel if you’re staying near Niles, Michigan All the best for your stay

Excellent Stay! I don’t know why this property doesn’t have higher reviews. Maybe because it’s not a Hilton? If you are looking for clean and quiet with excellent customer service, this property is an excellent choice. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi didn’t have any problems. Someone mentioned that the property was dated and we didn’t see any indication of that. The breakfast was typical choice: waffles, eggs, sausage, gravy, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins. Choice properties have really been cutting back but not this location. When checking in, we requested a different room than the one that was assigned and Christy or Chrissy (?) helped us and was very patent and kind. The next morning, Robin was also very friendly and nice. There were several ladies picking up trash in the parking lot which was amazing because so many properties do not care. There is obviously pride in ownership and management here and the staff actually seems to enjoy their jobs. The property is pet friendly with a nice side and backyard. We didn’t use the pool but it looked well kept. We definitely would stay here again.

Notre Dame game stay Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean. Comfortable beds. Hotel is a bit dated - but no complaints… Staff was very friendly! Would stay again for sure!! Pet friendly - bonus! Quick drive to ND…

A Nice Stay! A very good, quick overnight stay! Clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Our family spent one night at this location in order to attend a nearby wedding that evening. Three separate rooms were reserved. Upon arrival shortly after 12 noon, we asked for early check-in IF possible. Front desk and housekeeping replied that they would try despite the hotel being totally booked the previous night. Our group was pleasantly surprised and relieved to find all three rooms ready a half hour prior to check in.
