A Hotel with a Heart I stayed in two rooms here for about a week and a half. The first was 327, which has double beds, and I stayed here by myself. The second was 328, which is a king bed right across the hall. I moved to it when my wife joined me. The occasion was a sad one. My mother was on her death bed, and the victim of Alzheimer's. I came by myself on a Monday in time to see her alive, though she was no longer conscious. She died on Friday of the same week, and I then made arrangements to bring my wife for the funeral. A man, whose name I only remember as Carlos, was superb in this situation. There was also a very nice young lady, whose name I do not remember. I told Carlos on the afternoon of my mother's death that I needed to extend my stay. When he learned why, he gave me a bereavement rate, and did his best to make arrangments to change my room. The rooms were well equipped for a lengthy stay, and I especially appreciated the stove, large refrigerator, and microwave ovens that served me well. On another occasion, I needed towels. I informed Carlos when I returned from making some of the funeral arrangments. Carlos ran up to find the housekeeping cart, which was actually right outside my room. I took the elevator, but he was there before I was. That is how prompt he was in helping me with my needs. Yet, what I will rembember is the professionalism and kindness of the staff. This is hotel with a heart.

Doing business the right way This is primarily a business hotel - this is not a bad thing. No one is going to make your bed or serve you breakfast. They offer a small store off the lobby with the items you need for purchase. The laundry is free and the fitness room is well equipped. The facility is quiet and the room comfortable. There is a small galley kitchen with kitchen ware and a full size frig, two burner stove, microwave and sink - this works for those staying several days! The beds are very comfortable as is the sole recliner. There is a desk with adjustable chair. I would definitely recommend this place for those traveling on business!

Stayed mostly all the time in 2017 I highly recommend this hotel I stay two weeks at a time just about every month last year 2017 They have kitchen living room and bed suites which I stay in They also have rooms with only bedroom and kitchen a little smaller. The smaller rooms you can hear refrigerated running I stayed at best western next door and can tell you the workers there are not as friendly. Please stay here you will enjoy it.

Very well equipped for an overnight , short or long stay The accommodation does not have any breakfast room, so you need to eat out. There is just across the road a pancake house, which does a good breakfast. The rooms are large and very well equipped; it seems that as well as more casual stays it is used for longer stays by workers in the area. There is a small shop for basics in Reception area and rooms have not only the usual microwave and coffee maker but also freezer, ice maker and cooker with necessary equipment. A notice invites visitors to ask for the loan of any needed extra cooking equipment. Rooms large and comfortable
