Nice, clean, friendly Stayed here for a day trip to Mexico. Clean room and facilities. Good selection for breakfast but get there early for best picking. Overall good place to safely stay. Nice bar/resturant within walking distance.

Business trip to the boarder This hotel was about what i would expect from any Holiday Inn Express. Clean and well kept. It was a little noisy, other guests were inconsiderate, which isn't necessarily the hotel's fault. For this trip the location was good for where i was meeting for work, but i would say that unless you need to travel to Nogals the area was not desirable.

Holiday Inn Express The home of the West Region Intermediate Baseball Tournament since 2014; you won’t find a more friendly or hardworking staff! I don’t think the word “no” is in their vocabulary; they make sure guests for the tournament get whatever they need to have a first class experience. The daily breakfast is a big hit! Enjoy the pool or renovated fitness center in your spare time. Close to dining and shopping. Pet friendly.

Not exactly pet friendly They allow dogs, but I don't think that a hotel can be truly called pet friendly if there is no where to walk your pet on the property. Otherwise, okay. Carpet grubby. Breakfast was adequate. The beds were pretty comfortable. Conveniently located.

Terrific visit! My colleagues and I stayed at HIE Nogales for four days while working at the border. I didn't have huge expectations other than good sleep, but I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was spotless, the rooms were perfect, and the staff was more than attentive. I received a nice upgrade as a Platinum IHG member. This hotel felt more upscale than it was advertised. We were pleasantly impressed! Ironically enough, I had booked a more upscale hotel in Phoenix to book-end this trip around flights, and I was much more pleased with the HIE at half the price. Nice work, folks. Keep it up!
