Grate place to stay Great stay! The room was spacious and both clean and spacious. Dayana at front desk was very helpful in showing us how to work the remote for the air. Our room was always at the perfect temperature. Dayana also helped us when the TV didn’t work ( it was a loose connection. We come here a couple of times a year and will definitely be staying here again.

Convenient hotel with great service like something from that 70's show. The good - first and foremost I found the hotel staff to be the most courteous during my visit and helpful with information regarding the local area and food establishments. There were quite a few, within walking distance for authentic local cuisine. Also within walking distance to the Nogales border (about a mile) The not so good - YMMW, but my room was comfortable, although the hotel is undergoing renovations, it is very dated as it showed in the furniture and amenities available. It may have been related to the season, but during my visit the pool was closed as well a well stocked bar and lounge that was closed and blocked off. And breakfast options were limited.

100 bucks for this? Older hotel trying to call itself a Quality Inn. Rooms are OK, as is the free breakfast, but the lobby is old and shabby, the front desk had a used laundry cart in full view. The hallways are dark and dingy, and the carpet is threadbare. There was unfinished drywall patches just off the lobby. There is Netflix, HBO and other streamers on the YouTube screen, but you must use your own subscription if you have one—front desk was zero help here. You could hear a baby crying clearly thru the wall at 330 am.

Horrendous, Shady Management. Absolutely shocking management. After dealing with a family emergency shortly after picking up our keys (and yes before entering the room which absolutely can be confirmed with the cleaning staff), the front desk girl was very understanding and told me that I needed to contact expedia first to call them and she would approve the refund. Despite this clearly being the correct procedure with expedia (they literally called the hotel with me on the line when i contacted expedia) management has repeatedly claimed this is not the procedure. Not only this, but they are now claiming that we were 'in the room for an hour' and that they could not refund me because the room needed to be cleaned. This could not be further from the truth. We didn't enter the room at all, didn't even touch the doorknob. Horrendous management, lack of accountability for mistakes, zero empathy for other humans and flat out liars. The manager I spoke with threatened to fire the girl that helped us after check in and told me 'it doesn't matter what she said to you' What a classy establishment, 'Quality' should hardly be in the name.
