Gladys is Awesome ! Gladys is always very pleasant and helpful when visiting the executive lounge. The experience is always better when she's running the lounge. I'm a regular at this hotel and am always treated very well. We've done many business trips and conventions here.

Book from anyone but Hilton you get treated like a third party guest with worst room and service. We asked for highest floor possible and got the lowest floor (2nd). Didn’t even have a full window. Room was so dark. Maybe to not make the stains so visible? Only one lamp and one desk lamp in room. So bring a flashlight. Our 223 Room right across from ice maker room (with no door). Every morning at 5:30am you hear the clinking of ice into the metal ice buckets then into the cooler repeatedly. Room was right under awning so every door shut and trunk slammed echoed through the room starting by 6am. The bathtub was from the 80’s with cracks all in it. So you never feel clean. Got woke up from hotel staff at 2:40 am with water leak. The employees smoke right under awning all day and night. So you walk into cloud of smoke going in and out of hotel. We asked to change rooms but they kept saying no rooms, for 5 nights??? This Hilton may have been great back in the day. But definitely one of the worst and oldest now. To pay over $1000 for 5 nights and get this crappy room was one of the biggest disappointments.

Disappointing for the Hilton brand Hotel lobby was very clean, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The down side and I’ve visited many brands of hotels ,may I say this was very disappointing for the Hilton brand. I had to switch rooms 3 different times because the rooms reeked of mildew or mold. Rooms are not well kept, lampshades had stains , the bed skirt had stains ,as well as the chairs in the sitting area. The 4th room was much cleaner and housekeeping ensured they masked the smell, but upon returning from getting our things from the car, and entering the room again you can smell the smell coming through the vents. At that point I was over it we stayed for one more night. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be returning until they make improvements. Also breakfast is a cost not free but it’s worth the money. Dinner as well.

Highly recommend working with the Event Staff at this hotel We held our reception in the ballroom at the hotel and stayed there afterwards. Sandi Franklin was the one we worked with to book the ballroom and she was a wonderful person to work with. She took care of all our needs and was very easy to communicate with. On the day of the event Galia Dimitrova was the one overseeing everything and she was so kind and attentive to all our needs. Charlie was one of the staff members present to help the guests and he as well as the rest of the staff made sure everything went smoothly and guests were taken care of. Overall we had a wonderful evening and the entire process was a breeze thanks to the staff at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast hotel.

Don’t let looks fool you If I could score this lower I would. On a very exhausting day decided to give this hotel a try based on reviews and the bldg exterior. The lobby was well maintained and the ambiance was lively. The water pressure was low and no hot water. The floors, ceiling and walls were stained. Even looked like a bloody hand print on bathroom door. Closet door off hinge. Very disgusting room on all levels
