Clean and courteous place This is an excellent place to stay. It’s clean and close to many of what you need in Norfolk. The staff is courteous and efficient. Highly recommend. It’s close to Old Dominion University for a visit. Also close to the navy base if you’re visiting. Surrounding area is cleaned up and safe. Will stay here again when in the area

Needs major renovations! This property is very worn down. The bed had a hole in it big enough to hide a Volkswagen! It is clearly evident that this property is more or less being used as an overflow barracks for military personnel that are either on short term assignment or awaiting their next duty post and they, along with the general public that utilize these facilities, deserve a better place to stay than what this property provides.

One day trip I had a quick work related trip and need a room at a desert rate that would allow me to get in and get out without too much work on my part. The hotel was easy to get to and was centrally located for easy drive to my meeting in the morning. Checking in and out was a breeze. The breakfast was great!

Fair quality Pet hair all over bathroom wall on arrival. Toilet not working correctly and my husband had to manually flush it with each use. Room temp locked out at 68 . Barking dog in the next room. Bed was firm but tolerable.

Great Staff but Hotel is in bad condition. Highly motivated staff with excellent customer service. Rooms were clean especially the bathroom. This it a tired hotel in desperate need of renovation. My room had chipped furniture and places where the laminat furniture peeled off. Carpet was stained beyond cleaning. Room HVAC was noisy.
