Manager and staff at this hotel are wonderful. Treat you like family and very concerned for your comfort. Over the past two weeks we had snow in the area where I had to book my store staff so they could be close to the store. Both times I stayed. The staff was very accommodating treated me and my team like we were a part of their family on this particular day. I was taking care of by Debra Berry and the hotel manager which I got to know last week when I was here and I like to call her “boss lady” and she knows me as “boss man.” that just goes to show how wonderful the staff is. Truth be known I hate staying at hotels, but I kinda look forward to seeing these guys. Keep up the great work.

Norfolk gardens down town The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms had plenty of space good bed, TV and shower. Restaurant/bar was nice with good selection of food & drinks. The hotel has a very large car park plenty of room even for truck and trailer. Hotel is located in walking distance of down town/ restaurants & bars.

I’d never go back there again! I know this place is close to a sports arena which makes it easy for a lot of people & so they will come regardless. The general atmosphere is they don’t care. So there was no real point of talking to the front desk about any of these issues. With all of my reviews I have typed. I totally forgot to add that when I left my room to go find ice I could not find the machine despite walking the whole Floor. But you know what I did find was someone’s dog had popped in the hallway! Whole hallway stank! I tried calling the front desk to report it. They never answered. Between that, the bed being on wheels, and the broken glass in the parking lot. I’m just glad we got out of there safely!

Lovely staff, delicious breakfast Everything was clean, the staff were extremely friendly, warm and willing to go the special mile. Their cooks- Randy and princess made my breakfasts the entire week and it was a 10/10. Christina and Amber were thoughtful and sweet. Made my experience top notch.

Thumbs up This hotel has an amazing location, just a ten minute walk to downtown or a quick two minute drive. One of the absolute highlights is the on-site bar and restaurant, and the service is truly outstanding. We went every single day, and Christina was beyond wonderful, always so friendly and attentive, and she even remembered all of our preferences. The prices are very reasonable, and the fact that they offer a daily happy hour makes it even better. We absolutely loved our experience and would definitely come back!
