Great Hotel with Awesome Customer Service! I was looking for meeting space for my sales team to work and found this hotel. My point of contact was Dawn Anderson. I have been traveling for 10 years running my sales team and Dawn by far has been the best point of contact for any hotel I have worked with. She is accessible, accommodating and worked with me when I had a delayed marketing issue. She also assisted me with pricing rooms for my team, and I had to make several adjustments, and she easily assisted me and was so patient with me during this whole process! She was so flexible with my needs and provided nothing short of Stellar customer service. She never once made me feel like anything was a inconvenience! The hotel is very nice and well maintained. The rooms were clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I will absolutely come back to this hotel and Dawn will be my first call! This will be the hotel that I return to each year, at least while Dawn is still there. Fantastic Service.....

We were disappointed with parking accommodation for handicapped, no microwave in room. There is more but not enough room too wri Parking accommodation for handicapped, No microwave in the room. There is more but will never stay here again. Not happy at all for this to be a top rated hotel. My mistake for not doing my homework. Hair dryer didn't work. No full body mirror to view ourselves before going out. Just don't be returning to this hotel. I haven't in a hotel in quite a while but thinking going on the spirit of norfolk and the upcoming of everything this hotel should have been top notch. Thank you
