A Welcoming Place to Stay-Nice Experience! This hotel is paying attention to details. The staff are efficient at cleaning and for making you feel welcome. The room we had was fresh and clean. The beds are nice too. The breakfast was delicious and included sausage and potatoes, yum. I will plan to stay again when in the area.

Room 313 needs a little work Room 313 ok but needs work. So I can't complain about the hotel or the room too much. The breakfast was the basic free hotel breakfast. Check-in was simple and easy. Parking wasn't too bad. Now the room. The biggest complaint was the TV. It kept going out. Besides a hole in the curtain and raggedy shower curtain everything was fine. And if you're doing short term work at NPTU, it's minutes away. I gave the hotel three stars because of the TV. That was a very big problem for me. I also most forgot. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. The 4th floor had ice but was out one time I tried to get ice.

Just Okay At first glance, the hotel was great. But I was turned off by the plastic mattress pad, the cheap bedspread, and the very thin towels. My room had a view of the pool, but my friend's room looked out onto an ugly wall so he didn't get any natural light. If you choose to stay here, I'd suggest making sure that your room doesn't look out onto a wall.

Good Experience in Hampton Inn - Good room, great service quality personnel Excellent, Room has lot of plug-ins for my two Laptops, Room had microwave to heat the Asian Indina Food from Orlando, Florida, USA. . Most Importantly people in the front desk, Cleaning crew and managers were really nice: 1. Leah Smith gave me almost every day Tylenol ... She has a way to help and travel extra mile always...she rushes to pick the calls, very sincere to Organization. 2. This is not in sequence-whatever comes in my memory: Front desk on 27th maybe or 29th and 29th for sure during the day time, when i leave or check out-she was outstanding- even i did inform GM also in person. 3. Other great manager is Ms. Emily Winter... 4. Cleaning Crew may not speak really good English, they do cleaning job for sure... fantastic on two days during my stay one on Saturday night or Friday night i cant remember and Wednesday again...Awesome. Please ensure to pass on all these good notes and If i have missed or said to anyone please forive for Asian Indian thickest acent Oldest man on earth-as I speak my mind or truth or objective- by this time you would have noticed. I work for Department of Defense, I came through Government stay only - nice people across and good location as well.

Please clean the bathroom The location was perfect. My mom was having surgery next door at the local hospital. When I finally got in the room at 10pm, I went to shower and noticed that the sink and bathroom was not cleaned. There was a name plate in the bathroom that indicated that it was cleaned by someone but that was not at all true. The sink had left over toothepaste residue and the shower clearly had not been cleaned at all. I let the front desk know and I was told that they would let the manager know and that’s the last thing that I heard. I won’t ever stay there again.
