Home at the Hyatt Hyatt is our home away from home! Rooms and common spaces are always clean. The beds are comfortable. Staff were friendly and happily got my son a warm chocolate chip cookie late at night. It was the best cookie ever too! Love this hotel!

Comfortable and safe stay The hotel was located only a short drive from Charleston Airport. There were plenty restaurants and places to eat nearby. The hotel is in a business park with 3-4 other hotels so the area felt really safe

Charleston Get Away The rooms were good. good location, just off main highway. Easy access to downtown, Elevators need some speed(slow), but overall a great experience.

Overrated, but Still Good There is nothing bad about this hotel, but it’s not close to deserving 4.5 stars. It’s average, at best. It’s in a great location right off the interstate, but very quiet and has a boatload of fast food options within a mile in either direction. But, after spending 3 days here, I didn’t find the front desk staff to be particularly helpful or friendly and the rooms are dark with scratches and markings on the furniture, carpet stains and very dated decor. It’s actually Hyatt’s cookie cutter design for most HP hotels, but the brown and beige color scheme gets old and drab very quickly. Nevertheless, I will say that the rooms and common areas were clean, the bed was comfortable and there was lots of variety on the breakfast buffet. Would I stay here again or recommend it? Yes, but lower your expectations. The price point is reasonable and you definitely get what you pay for-a clean, quiet room in a safe area, along with a decent breakfast.

Awesome Family Time It was clean and located in a central point for everything! Tanger outlet, Walmart, Food, gas, Top Golf, Starbucks, easy on and off interstate, close to downtown! Pool was great and rooms! Breakfast was fair. Safe location! Price good! Definitely stay again! Next to LOTS!
