Very nice hotel but needs carpet refresh A very nice hotel with clean, spacious rooms and well located in North Vancouver. Friendly front desk staff and cleaning personnel. Only downside is the old and musty carpet which really needs a refresh, specially if you are allergic to dust mites.

Bed Bug Be cautious, bed bugs full of blood were found in the hotel room and crawling on the bed and carpet in the evening.After rushing out of the room and reported the bed bug issue to the hotel, their management team treated us super rude and even tried to accuse us bringing the bedbugs in. This was such an awful experience and ourbirthday celebration trip was totally ruined.

NIce hotel - good location in North Vancouver Hotel and room were clean. Good location for driving to Stanley park and Vancouver and the various waterfalls and parks in the area. Had a pool, exercise room and laundry room on the first floor which was a plus. Located near a busy highway so ask for a room on the quieter side of the hotel. Had a reasonably priced restaurant. Next door was another restaurant that had a Taco Tuesday special.

Great stay - especially on points Stayed one night pre-cruise. Took about 50 mins from airport ($46 CAD), but was only 18-ish minutes to the port ($51 CAD Uber XL for group of 6). We were busted and hungry when we got in and the on-site restaurant did not disappoint, with a surprising variety of healthy to hearty/comfort options. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would stay again for sure.

Very well located. Clean, well managed Definitly recommend. you can easily tell this place is well managed. Rooms and public places are clean. friendly staff. restaurant and a pub and a liquor store on the same property. :) very well located by the highway. easy access and parking.
