Spacious room I recently stayed at Hilton hotel in Northbrook, and the experience was fantastic. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly staff who provided helpful information about the amenities. My room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable bedding and a clean bathroom. They have a on-site restaurant, but didn’t have a chance to try it. The hotel also had a gym and a pool area. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this place.

2 Star service at 4 Star prices! As part of the reservation process I was asked for special requirements; I asked for 2 extra pillows which i did not receive. Warned by other reviews, I brought extra pillows so I did not have to be "Karen" demanding what I requested to allow me to sleep after 6 surgeries during the last 9 years. The hallway had dirty dishes outside the doors for more than 24 hours, My room was not cleaned. The coffee was stale, the sugar packets had been soaked, then hardened. One of the creamers left chunks in my coffee, so I went to Starbucks. Supposedly there is room service. One of the menu links is a PDF of the bar menu. The link to the restaurant menu leads to the room reservation menu. At the Pfister in Milwaukee, an actual 4 star hotel, one can order breakfast to be delivered to the room at a specific hour the next morning. Not here.

Very disappointing The freezer was so froze up we couldn't even fit an ice pack in it. The refrigerator had a broken seal and the refrigerator didn't work until we figured out not to close the door that it was encased in as the refrigerator was heating up with the door closed. Front desk staff spoke rudely. One elevator didn't work the 2 nights we were there,(we were on the 10th floor) and other customers said they had been there longer and it was broken when they arrived. Cobwebs hanging from the main light fixture. No breakfast of any type was included with the room rate. $22.00 per person for a buffet breakfast. Only one socket for the TV and a light worked so you couldn't use both at the same time.

Content I prefer to make my reservations a certain way and the person I spoke with at the front desk after I booked online was very accommodating and understanding because I needed to make some changes. Then when I arrived at the property I met Rosa Osuna The same person that had helped me with the reservations. Rosa had all of my diamond benefits set up for me and ready and honestly I felt like I was in a commercial for Hilton.

Credit where credit is due and earned! Stay here! Outstanding staff and in particular, Brooke at the front desk-one of the best professionals in hospitality who I have ever met. She is a 10 in delivering the best client experience and knows how to get things done! Bravo! Great staff. Great culture!
