Perfect place to crash after a show at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield - Would definitely go back! I stayed here with my boyfriend on a night we were seeing a show at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield. We literally just needed a place to sleep so we wouldn't have to drive home to Connecticut after the show ended and the long process of exiting the parking lot began. Because we weren't planning on "enjoying our hotel stay" I didn't care what amenities there were - I just went with the cheapest hotel I could find in the area that day and this was it. We arrived at 3pm just as the front desk staff was changing shifts and we chit-chatted with the man as he apologized while he logged himself in before he could check US in. He was a young black man, maybe in his mid-twenties or early thirties, and had a very friendly and lighthearted personality - I wish I remembered his name. He took the time to tell us where the vending machines were, said to call down any time for extra blankets or towels and whatnot, and promised that there would be coffee awaiting us in the lobby the next morning. I was actually shocked when we got to the room and realized that I had booked a room with a nearly complete kitchen. I think this hotel is geared more toward people who are using the place for longer stays or people who are unhoused, but the place did not seem busy or crowded - we actually didn't run into a single other person besides the staff. The room was very clean, the air conditioner worked fine, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the shower or kitchen amenities. We also did not see or stay to enjoy the coffee that was offered because we were hungry and just wanted to check out and get breakfast. The morning staff was as nice as the man who checked us in. If you're looking for a cheap place to say the night for a show in the area, I think you'll find this place is perfect. I have absolutely no complaints, and if / when I see another show at the XFinity Center, I would definitely plan to stay here again.

Avoid at all costs! Most of the hotel is filled with low income families living here like an apartment complex. Kids were running up and down the hall and yelling. People were sitting on the floors of the hallway like a dorm room, and you had to walk over them to get around. But the worst was the smell!! The room across the hall smelled like the trash had not been taken out in a month. I checked in and then checked out in less than an hour. The smell was overwhelming!

Horrid: DO NOT STAY HERE I couldn’t wish any harder to give this place a ZERO star. I’m a travel respiratory therapist, and this was the location that I chose to live while I finish my contract. You will be sent back into 1980s living here, barely ANY WORKING internet, barely any working equipment such as shower and tv, extremely horrid smells, managers and staff that treat you like a “temporary person.” The manager and the district manager ignored my case, the regional manager was now contacted. There is a email wait time of 48 hours, so nothing, and I mean nothing, can get done anytime soon. They have made sure all help with guest relations takes time so that you can just get closer to your check out date and leave so they can close it out and laugh about it. They don’t mention it, but laundry is charged 2.50 for each machine. 5 for a laundry day. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS THE EQUIVALENT OF STAYING AT A MOTEL 6 IN AFGHANISTAN.

Two nights of just right! This hotel was just what I needed. Clean, easy, COVID aware/safe and so very pleasant. The room was perfect and comfortable - updated as well. Great location as well - especially if you’re going to a show at the Xfinity Center around the corner in Mansfield. The best of all was the staff - Peggy, Jason, John, Kyle, Jared and Morgan all contributed to making my stay great.
