Classic car museum + clean hotel The room smelled a lil funk but it loooks really clean and the smell fades, I think k it may be the heater does smell like pee. But as I said took was beautiful bed comfy and clean. Overall super happy with this experience, was an oasis in the desert of a 6 hour drive home. Cool little town with lots of museums (including classic car museum sweeet)

Nice place to stay We had a very nice stay. The staff is very friendly. Abby at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early. It is in a good location. We could walk to most places. Beds are pretty comfortable. Room was quiet and we all slept very well. Nice TV with lots of channels to choose from. They are renovating so they didn’t have much to offer for breakfast. Juice, water, blueberry muffins and granola bars, They offer 24 hour coffee but I didn’t care for the taste. I would recommend to friend and would stay again.

Fabulous Customer Service The kind front desk lady was so accommodating. WNY was having a nasty storm w/driving bans, and the nice lady gave me a 3:30 late checkout at no extra charge. She didn’t have to do that, but her kindness was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Our room was immaculate & very quiet.

If you’re looking for comfort, Red Roof Inn in Norwich NY is not the place to stay at If you’re looking for comfort, Red Roof Inn is not your place to stay. The bed was rock hard with plastic over the mattress, so the bed crinkled any time you’d roll over. The chair in the room was rock hard as well and totally uncomfortable. The only other chair was a rolling desk chair. The shower is extremely unsafe. No handrails in this shower bathtub. They stated the had “handicapped available rooms upon request,” but we are not handicapped, we’re just older. The rooms were clean. The complimentary breakfast was awful. It consisted of granola bars, a pre-packaged dry blue-berry ' muffin, coffee and apple juice… I hear much money was just spent on the Red Roof Inn for renovations… for millions of dollars spent, it didn’t look newly renovated and didn’t feel newly renovated. I personally would think twice before I recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone.

I really loved the newly renovated rooms, however, the manager needs to clean up her act I'm a repeat customer who tried to book a single room for one night on February 10th. Not only did the manager gaslight me when I told her about my veteran status, she accused me of raising my voice, mentioned that it wasn't her problem in regards to why I couldn't find another place to stay and the room rates suddenly increased from $85.98 per night to $97+ with a veteran's discount and over $101 without it. Mind you, the Super Bowl was two days away and Valentine's Day was four days away. I was specifically told that their guest room rates vary depending on which part of the season it is. Obviously, February 10th wasn't a holiday. After mentioning all of this, I was told to find another place to stay if I didn't like the price. That's not the way to run a business. I should know, I am a businessman. If you want repeat business, I strongly suggest changing your attitude toward customers.
