Best bang for the Buck. Came out for a wedding, and wanted our stay to be cheap. Sonesta offered great location and a pool, at a great rate, so we went for it. It was the cheapest in the area, so my expectations were low. To our surprise, Darnesha and the staff here blew us away. The customer service was on point the entire stay, led by Darnesha. The pool was a winner for my kids, nieces, and nephews, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms kept the light out, allowing us great sleep every night. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Looks nice on the outside, but inside …….. I like this hotel chain but really dislike this hotel itself.. check in was easy but things went down hill from there. My room key did not work at side door so had to drag everything around to front door and get another key. Heater in room was noisy and turning on and off all night. Was no remote for TV in room when I checked in. Was blood on one of the towels hanging on rack, show housekeeping doesn’t pay attention to what they are doing. After seeing that I looked in the closet and under the sink and they were not as clean as they should have been either. To top it all off they now charge a $5 charge for parking your car per night stay. They aren’t near the airport so everyone has a car to get here. Just another added charge you don’t know about until you get here. I will look for other accommodations next month when I am back in Novi.

RUDE FRONT DESK! Hotel was clean and NICE! There was a lady at the front desk named Daquisha if she gave me her correct name VERY RUDE Does NOT Accommodate guest at all I heard 3 different guest she was very rude towards! She also charges $15 for everything a 20 minute early check in or late check out! A lot of guest at checkout time told her they were contacting corporate! IF YOU DONT LIKE PEOPLE OR YOUE JOB don’t work in customer service! BY THE WAY I AM 40 years old this is my first review I Have EVER wrote should tell you a lot!

Sonesta Select Novi The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, and provided me an upgrade as my previous upgrade request wasn’t showing up on their system. There were other issues with the hotel though like no breakfast at all, and the pool being shut down. The gym has a couple of treadmills, but no actual exercise machines. Location and price are decent.

Terrible Hotel Upon checking in I was given two dirty rooms in a row and when I finally got what appeared to be a clean room, found the sheets and pillowcases smelled badly. I would never stay in this place again. I'd rather sleep in my car.
