Satisfecha The hotel is nice. I would recommend including breakfast with the price of the room as they do in the USA.

Disappointed The restroom was in need of cleaning the shower wall had hair the shower head was dirt the sink was dirty the lil pedestal to put the soap was very dirty the pillows had an old humid smell. I was surprised because I had stayed I this hotel in the past. I was kind of disappointed

first stay overall good stay, only real issues were with the restaurant, not the server, but kitchen in afternoon were understaffed and food was inconsistent in coming out to us. Staffing overall were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable, amenities were varied depending on what was in your room.Pricing was higher in comparison with amenities of other hotels in which we have stayed.

Room are large and not far from airport The whole building is very modern, the lobby area is very grand. My room air conditioner is set at 22C. Lobby do not have air conditioning since the clearance is very high. However the restaurant do not have air conditioning except a large fan. Had lunch and buffet breakfast at the restaurant. Will stay again if come back to this city.

Dirt and no attention to guests I stayed for 3 nights right after a heavy storm. Hotel had no power and we recognize was a tough time. However, we arrived at 3pm and weren't given a room until 5pm. During this time, we had ZERO support from the front desk. No "would like a glass of water"! No "I'm sorry for the delay"! Nothing!! The hall was dirt and so the room and linens. Do not recommend! Giving rate 2 recognizing a few members of the staff and the fact that the storm did create disruptions.
