Aligns with your typical Holiday Inn Express - clean, comfortable room Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the pool was clean and fun, and the breakfast was bangin'. Being nitpicky, the breakfast area could provide a better flow, as it was PACKED...but that's what I get for sleeping in until an hour before breakfast ended. Overall, I'd definitely stay there again.

Express holiday inn scam We booked on hotels.com It said pay at hotel. It said multiple times we would not be charged until we got to the hotel. They charged us for the first night when we booked, even though it said we wouldn't be charged until we checked in, and we didnt find this out until we were checking in. Then they took my mothers credit card and charged her for the same hotel room same nights. When we complained they said hotels.com lied to us about paying at hotel upon arrival. Ive never had this issue before. I was agitated and they told me, my mom and I were screwed and no hotels allow you to reserve the hotel and pay later. I said she was a liar, I literally have plenty of evidence to back this up, and she threatened to have the police remove us.

Unprofessional/Ripoff BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! I travel frequently for business and I don’t always know how long my stay will be due to the nature of my work. When I arrived I asked the lady at the front desk if it was an issue with me checking out early. The lady said this would not be a problem that I needed to let the lady know in the morning if I was checking out early. I did at 7:30 am the next morning and the lady was rude and told me that my company card was being charged for the second night. I have been to several holiday inn express hotels and have never been charged if I checked out early as long as I did it before 6:00pm. I spoke with Jamie Blake the guest service manager and have never been treated as badly as I was by her. Very rude and unprofessional. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!! I have reported this to the BBB and voiced my concern!!!!

Lots of noise between floors The floors are paper thin. So the people above us sounded like they were stomping every time they walked across their floor, which made sleeping real tough after 11 pm. Apparently the people above us the first two nights had a child that ran back and forth and jumped off the bed and stomped around until 12:30 am. The next night, they were supposedly gone, and whoever was there did a lot of walking back and forth after 11 pm, which was quite loud. And it sounded like normal steps, which made it seem like the building itself was built with very little sound insulation. This all was great with my wife and kids trying to sleep through it.

Good stay! Location is great! Front desk is nice. Only a block and a half to the beach. Rooms were good except there is a smell in the hallways and the room. A slight funk. Carpets in the hall need to be updated (reminds me of 80’s casino carpets). No housekeeping for our 2 nights. Was told to leave dirty towels in hall and pick up fresh ones at the front desk. No biggie. If we were there longer, it would have been annoying. The indoor pool water is cloudy- hopefully just from too much chemicals lol. Outdoor pool was good and it was nice hearing the live music from the restaurant next door. The included breakfast was standard fare. Nothing spectacular. Tried it but not our jam so Ended up going to Dunkin the first morning and Uber Bagels the next. We love our Dunkin’, but Uber was very good. Go early cause the lines get long (you can also order ahead online. It would be nice to offer coffee throughout the day and not just during breakfast (ends at 9:30). Overall, good stay and would stay there again.
