Incredible Experience - can't believe this is a Howard Johnson! I have never stayed in a Howard Johnson property before - but the reviews on this one were just too good to pass up and try it! Everything from the check-in experience to the super clean and well- maintained room to the beds to the water pressure in the shower was great. We had a partial ocean view room. There is no additional resort fee and no charge to park! Amazing location on 12 street and boardwalk, almost right on the middle of the length of the boardwalk. All the staff we spoke to were great and very helpful. My only small complaint is that the air conditioners of both my own room and the property next door were so loud when we were on the balcony that it was kind of hard to sit and enjoy the view or hear the ocean. But the rest of our experience was great! Definitely stay here if you can!

Wonderful hotel! Excellent price for a beautiful room & prime location. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We were greeted most pleasantly when we checked in. The room was beautifully modern, exceptionally clean and had a wonderfully clean smell. The partial ocean view was more than partial and we could see the sunset over the bay as well. No problem with noise at all. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a weekend visit with friends. I was able to get parking passes for the day which saved me alot of money. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! Beds are comfy are rooms are super clean! Great location on the boardwalk with plenty of parking.

Pet Friendly, nice place Nice place for a 4 day visit with my grandchildren. Perfect location. Property is nice. Room was a little smaller than I expected. Bathroom on the 1st floor ocean front is extremely tiny.
