You’ll be disappointed if you stay here! Don’t waste your money - you will be disappointed. Room wasn’t clean. Sliding door to outside patio is falling apart and doesn’t close properly. Couch is filthy dirty and not fit to sit on. Lamp shades are falling off. Floor is dirty to the point you have to wear something on your feet. Our room wasn’t even cleaned during our stay. No toilet paper in bathroom when we first checked in. Will never be back. Stayed here years ago (2013) and was much nicer and cleaner.

Don't trust the past reviews. This is a 3-star hotel with some slight maintenance issues. So reading the reviews, one might think that this is a very nice hotel. Don't be fooled. This is a standard 3 start hotel - moderately clean but suffering from maintenance issues over the years. The balcony door literally had duct tape over a missing external handle. There were blowers in the hallway drying the carpet. The room was reasonably clean and the beds were comfortable. AC was loud. The location can't be beat for access to the boardwalk and beach. The cost though was not reflective of the condition of the property.

Pleasantly surprised We stayed here for the first time this past week. We were able to bring our dog which made us very happy. The rooms are spacious, as is the bathroom. Everything was clean and all of the employees were very nice. I absolutely loved our balcony overlooking the boardwalk. We would absolutely stay here again and plan on booking again for next year. The only thing that I didn’t like was that even though it’s a dog friendly hotel, there isn’t anywhere to take the dogs on the property to go to the bathroom. We only had to walk about a block to find her a spot though.

Heartbreak Hotel This hotel is the worst I ever stayed at.The bathroom jacuzzi tub was filthy.There was a ring around the inside of the toilet.The king bed was underneath some old bed slacks that was a little scary.The floor was dirty had to wear slippers the whole time.The balcony had beautiful views but the rug was Disgusting.If they cleaned this hotel up it could have Potential.It’s in a great location and the views are awesome.I will never Recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never return.

Disappointed We’ve stayed in this hotel 4 times over the last five years but this time we decided we won’t go back. Problems? The first impression you get as you enter the parking lot is a lack of care…trash in the area including beer cans in the shrubs and really a mess of junk in their large decorative fountain pond including old towels, clothes, and some garbage that was unrecognizable. Very bad first impression. Also, constant water running from ac across the path to use their entrance ramp. Once we got to our room the lack of upkeep continued. Our door key always took at least 5 tries to open, the lock to the balcony door didn’t work, a lamp shade was broken, there were stains on one bedspread, holes in the blackout curtains, and they ran out of supplied coffee to use in the coffee maker. On the good side….a great location right on the boardwalk, very pleasant service staff at all locations and very comfortable beds. But, the day after we left we received an email asking for our opinion on our stay, giving the manager’s name and phone number. When we tried to call we got the message the phone was no longer in use! We won’t be going back again!
