Good place The Staff was not only professional, thorough and helpful but personable also. The Room was clean and comfortable. The ac system worked great and the breakfast was excellent. Plenty of parking and checking in and out was very easy. I would stay here again and recommend others to also.

Logical fixes *pets need to be on leads in public areas other guests shouldn’t have to worry about a overly aggressive dog. * stop apologizing for a door lock that doesn’t always work and replace the lock already. The handicapped person who rents the room next to the door needs it to work properly.

Mediocre for the price point. The entire 3rd floor smelled like marijuana smoke. The door didn’t shut in the bathroom and the toilet never stoped running. The breakfast was decent enough, and the staff seemed nice enough. No bar on location or anywhere close. I will not stay here again.

Good overall Rooms a bit too dark everything else was fine. Breakfast was a bit bland. Wish they’d a bit more options. Beds were comfy and room was clean. check in process was easy and fast. Friendly staff. While having breakfast a lady was sweeping and we did not like that as the dust is everywhere while people are eating. Overall it was good.

I will book again Pillows and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Not the best but for a complimentary breakfast was good with a wide variety of both hot and cold. Room was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. We will be returning to Odessa and will book here again.
