Terrible customer service at front desk. Arrived at motel with reservations. Three other people ahead of me at the front desk. It took AN HOUR before I was checked in! Older lady behind the desk showed no concern with people waiting and was apparently not very computer savvy. Considered going somewhere else because of the long wait but didn’t want to be billed for a no-show. Room was fine except for the overly worn, thin condition of the towels. Will never stay here again because of the check-in experience.

They took part of my deposite for dirty towels! I stayed here for a weekend getaway. I paid my $150 deposit when I checked in. Upon checking out, they went to check the room to make sure ni one smoked in there ( I don't smoke anything!) The gut came back and said the towels are dirty and he have to charge me. I'm like WHAT!! He asked me to come down and look at the towels, but I didn't because I was on crutches and didn't want to walk all the way back down. He said there wad make up on the towels and dirt. I just laughed. I told him that I didn't wear make up and the stuff on the towels is bodywash. He said they probably could get it clean so he charged me $25! So who goes into a room looking at the towels people bathe with?? That's just absurd! I will never stay there again because I feel these new owners look for any reason to keep your deposit and that goes into their pocket!

Over 100 degrees…not cooling down. I hate leaving negative reviews, but it’s important for people to know that when they clean the rooms, they turn off the air to the room. When we arrived, the room hadn’t been used in at least two days, so the room was about 100 degrees when we arrived. We’ve been here with the AC cranked at (theoretically) 60 degrees for more than 30 minutes, and it’s still over 90. Asked about another room…all three similar rooms are the same…haven’t been cooled in several days. If we weren’t exhausted, I’d ask for a refund and go somewhere else. The room was clean, but nothing special. That’s why I gave it two stars instead of one. We stayed here last time we drove through and enjoyed the experience, but I’ve heard they’re under new management. We were going to stop here on our way back as well, but I can’t imagine going through this again. Sorry, Comfort Inn…you just lost all my future business.

Over priced or overcharged bs. Over priced will never stay again charged too much for me and my husband, son and grandson 266 plus 150 security deposit and was supposed to be senior discount. Definitely not worth the money to stay thank god it was for only one night. Most expensive hotel we stayed during our vacation.

Not Recommended If you are a business traveler, I would avoid the Quality Inn in O'Fallon. The wifi barely works. The desk is aware of the problem and said "you just need patience." It was not enough of a signal to consistently download e-mails and we had to use a cell phone hotspot to answer business mail. If you are a pleasure traveler, you should know that the hot tub with the pool, which was one of the amenities that attracted us to this property, was not working. If you are a member of Choice Privileges, you should know that the property cannot offer a late check out. This would normally not be a problem. One of the supposed perks of being a frequent traveler with the program is the ability to get a late check out when available and it would have been more convenient with our tour schedule to stay an hour later. Many hotels can accommodate this. When we asked in the evening we were told to check at 8 AM. When I called at 8 AM I was told o call back at 10. When I called back at 10 they said no. Had they just said no in the evening it would have made it easier to plan my day, know how long I could sleep in and when to start packing.
