Clean Quiet hotel Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. The rooms have kitchen stocked with needed utensils. Weekday "social" in the evening was appetizers (not a meal). Nice breakfast options. Great location off the interstate. Quiet hotel. Fitness room was the only "con", as no free weights under 30#, cracked mirror... Nice options for eating nearby.

Not a well run company when it comes to the customer AVOID if possible Very disappointed with how this hotel is run. We canceled at another hotel to stay here because they have an outdoor pool. We were told that the pool needed chlorine and it should be in by the time we arrived for our stay and the pool would be open. It is now the end of the week and the pool is still closed and no one can even say when it will be in. This is summer and all kinds of local stores offer chlorine but there seems no interest in buying it to get the pool open for guests. I think they keep this pool closed sign up continually after noticing another review complaining about the same thing. There is no way to contact the local owner of the franchise so I am writing to the parent company IHG about the bad name this local franchise owner is giving them.

The pictures are 10 years old. I only stay at IHG hotels and one of my priorities is how equipped the gym is. I reviewed all the hotels in the area and picked this one specifically because of the pictures of their gym. I went out of my way, and I paid extra for it, but was highly disappointed once I got here. The pictures on the website are from when the hotel first opened and was very nice. It looks nothing like that anymore. My room is fine, but the majority of the Jim equipment is gone and the pool is closed. I don’t think it was worth almost $200.

Room 341 is plain gross We used to love Staybridge. We booked this hotels twice, the room to our final destination was ok. #339. But the second stay room #341 was plain gross. The chair in the master bedroom is stained. There Cheetos under one bed. My kids discovered it.
