DOWNGRADED our reservation We arrived to find out that we did not get the room we booked. Upon discussing with the front desk attendant, we found out that we had been DOWNGRADED. We also spoke to the manager and she told us that IT IS A COMMON PRACTICE. We booked this room for the MSU / Wisconsin game months in advance. We believe that once they found out they it was homecoming, they could sell it at a higher rate. Terrible customer service. Won't ever stay here again.

DISGUSTING DO NOT STAY HERE Human waste/bodily fluids (feces, vomit, and/or blood) on the mattress and sheets. The most rancid, foul smell coming from the mattress and sheets. Management lied and said it was "coffee or juice stains" and reported that they cleaned it for the next guest. In other words, don't stay here unless you want to sleep on a contaminated, disgusting bed and deal with management that will lie and cover up mistakes at all costs.

Disappointment Facility is nice despite false pretenses you are provided. Most inconsiderate management I have ever encountered. Prior to booking a family suite for 6 adults and two grandchildren, we reviewed our options closely and made several calls to clarify amenities. We knew we were traveling during Covid. Reserved this facility so we could be together as a family and enjoy the pool and Hot Tub as advertised. Upon arrival found our suite to have two queen beds and a half of a sofa sleeper. Try sleeping 8 persons in those accommodations. Had to make trips to the front desk for adequate linens. Discovered Hot Tub had been closed and filled with cement 2 years prior! To enjoy the pool, you had to secure reservations for the pool by the hour. Never informed - just asked to leave once we entered the pool with the grandchildren. We were then offered a time slot of 10:30-11:30 pm. Having two 2 year old grandchildren…..Seriously???? Hotel has over 200 rooms. Can’t imagine what their process of pool usage was. Despite calling and assured they had reinstated hot breakfast buffet, imagine standing in line to be handed a bagged breakfast. The one hotel employee heated and served each individual breakfast. We stood in line for over an hour. Shared concerns with hotel management in writing. No response received. Shared concerns with IHG corp, assured our concerns would be addressed. To this date, several months later, no response received. Very disappointing.

This place needs help! Rooms, location fine. Pictures show a spa and pool. What they don't tell you is that the spa is closed and the pool requires a reservation (COVID of course) and the use limited to family members. Breakfast buffet? Forget about that one lady running the kitchen and you have to line up and wait for her to serve you. Of course mid stream she ran out of food, so with a line of 15 people she had to go back and scramble the eggs and make the sausage. Keys dont work. But the best part of our experience was having another guest walk into our room since he was assigned the same room. Hot mess this place is
