Shortened checkout time, no hot water, no television, and arrogant staff October 10, 2024. This place is terrible, and the staff is rude and arrogant beyond belief. The info sheet on the room door states checkout time is 12 noon. However, the staff called me at 10:40 a.m. and stated that checkout time is 11 noon. They refused to honor the 12 noon checkout time posted in the room. Second, when I took a shower after getting 20 minutes notice to vacate, there was no hot water. I mentioned that to the staff, and the staff jokingly said “well you have to let the water run for 20 minutes before you get any hot water.” I said how can I let the water run 20 minutes when you demand that I leave in 20 minutes? Staff laughed and said that’s the way it is. Third, the television did not work at all. Again, staff laughed at the fact that the television did not work at all. Don’t waste your time in this place unless you have no other options.

Dump This place is a dump. There was nothing but problems here from the time I checked in. Entered room and is wasn't clean, crap everywhere, someone's belongings still on the bed. Went to reception and they didn't believe me. Had to wait another 20 minutes for the staff to verify. Eventually got another room, King bed and fold out couch. No bedding on fold out couch. Another trip to reception. Given a blanket, was told there was not extra pillows and I had to make do. In the morning attended the free breakfast in the foyer. Grabbed a coffee and was spoken to in a rude manner by breakfast service staff. Told I was not allowed to take coffee to room. Are you kidding me? Receptionist and Assistant manager told me those are the rules. Stupid rule, makes no sense. I told the A/manager that. He then asked me to leave. Check out and receive a refund for my stay. Incredible overreaction. I packed up my things and left. Wrote a letter to the Manager and to Choice hotels but never heard a response. Don't stay here or any sister properties. Rude staff, poor service, no value for money, and stupid breakfast rules telling people where they can drink their complimentary coffee. Absolute dump!

Site has potential This location is an older hotel that has been partially renovated . It definitely needs more work and a lot of improvement with cleanliness ! It has a lot of homeless with their encampments onsite which subjects customers to an endless gauntlet of unwanted solicitations ! Definitely not a couples or family friendly destination !

No, no, no, no!! Horrible, unsafe for women and children, very dark place, pictures are not accurate, ceiling tiles missing, exposed wiring, bad smell, lots of stains. My room was very tiny, not at all what was depicted in pictures, stained badly. Halls very tight and dark, can hear through walls very easily, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE WITH YOUR WIFE AND KIDS. As soon as I got checked in someone came to front desk complaining about uncleanliness and wanted refund, not sure what happened with that situation, several others seemed to have complaints. I took the loss and went somewhere else. That hotel was great and has several guests from this one with same complaints.

A nicely built beautiful property The one bed Suite was a very nice room , good floor plan. Perfect location for NW Okc with plenty of restaurants around it.
