Disgusting The place was dirty, worn down and reeked of marijuana. The "no smoking" signs were blatantly ignored by the guests and staff. The bathtub and towels were stained, the door was off level and jammed on the floor, the "free breakfast" was granola bars and crumby oatmeal packs on a grime caked table, the table and counter tops had scum streaks all over them.

Avoid at All Cost I've stayed at other Extended Stay America locations such as Minnesota and Chicago, and was expecting a no frills place to sleep at night with a refrigerator for someone travelling on a budget with a similar basic room and TV with a refrigerator at a decent price. Those prior visits to other locations went as expected. However for this particular location in the chain, we didn't even stay all 3 of the nights we had booked. We had booked two rooms, on being a king size and one with two full size/double beds. Upon arrival, we were told that they overbooked their rooms and didn't have the king sized bed that we had reserved, and that the reservation was moved to another room with a double bed. This, however was the least of the problems. Of the two rooms, neither one of them even had the same furniture. One room was missing the headboards for the bed. The refrigerator didn't have the bar on the shelves of the door, so you were unable to put food on the door without it falling off when it's opened. The other room, the refrigerator never even got cold. Both room smelled like urine, and one of the mattresses also smelled like urine. Roaches were regularly appearing in the rooms. The floors were so dirty that my white socks were black after walking on them after one evening. The remaining time there I would not walk barefoot. One of the rooms was not level at all and it was considerably noticeable just by standing at the door of the room. The area just behind the table and chair had a crater in the middle of it so much that it was difficult to sit without it rolling backwards. The room keys deactivated regularly. We were not the only people on premise that had their keys stop working. Our neighbor stated that she had been there almost a week and had to have her keys reactivated at least once per day. Lastly, the air conditioner in one of the rooms could not get below 80 degrees, which exacerbated the urine smell. We went and bought air fresheners, but those couldn't cover up the odor. Between the heat and the odor, it made it so undesirable that we didn't even stay the last night and ended up booking a room at another hotel chain. The only thing good I can say about the motel is that the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Don’t even think about it, run. Sooooo gross. You walk in and it smells of cigarette and animal urine. When we entered our room it still smelt of cigarettes and the floor was pretty dirty. We wiped my sons legs off the rag was brown. We went to undo the couch bed for my daughter and the bed was beyond disgusting. I wish we would have gotten pics but we just needed out. It had actual dirt and who knows what else, also no bedding anywhere for it. The chairs were all ripped and the desk chair had stains that I don’t even want to know what they were. Husband went down to ask for a different room and they told him they had none and said we could leave and get a refund. So we gathered all our stuff and he turned the key back in and we found another hotel for the weekend. Next day we call and they have no clue about us having left the room (which they have the key, how would they not know). We just want a refund from that filthy place.

STAY AWAY We stayed at the Extended Stay America at 2720 NW Expressway in OKC, for almost 2 months. I should have known something was wrong when on my very first night, I saw a roach crawl across the floor Infront of me. But I figured hey bugs come inside with people so I didn’t think it was going to be an issue. but as the days and weeks went on, more roaches started to make an appearance. Strike 1. They proudly announce that you get a fully stocked kitchen in each room. YEAH NO. Fully stocked, as in a sink, stove, and fridge, (not even a full-size fridge) But that was it. I inquired about items for my kitchen and was told they did not have enough for everyone. So why offer this if you do not have enough to equip each room. So just to be able to cook in our kitchen I had to purchase almost 200 dollars in pots, pans, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, silverware, etc. just to be able to feed my family. Strike 2 Strike 3 was when I had a man come to my room late at night, and try to come in. He was claiming I was his date and had been talking to him on messenger. NOPE. I tried many times to tell him wrong room, but he tried to force his way in anyways. I tried to call the front desk FIVE times that night after the incident. But nobody answered the phone. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my room to go down to the desk. When I informed the hotel about the problem after checkout, I was told that the doors lock at 11pm and they were never informed till now. Well, if you actually answered your phone, you would have known about the incident. I am just warning EVERYONE to stay away. Especially if you are thinking you may leave early and need refund. When I called to inquire about the handicapped room, I was told by the guy on the phone, to do an online reservation, because he would not be able to guarantee one if not. So, I did what I was told by the agent and made the reservation in advance. Never got the handicapped room, so I had to purchase about 100 dollars in bathroom bars, and a bench so my husband can shower safely. NEVER RESERVE AHEAD. This is the reason I am being denied my $1,300 refund. I am being told that because I reserved ahead, I would not be getting money back. BS. I work at an extended stay hotel (not this company thank God) and if you leave early, you get a refund. I even had a co-worker call and ask if they prepaid and had to leave early would they get a refund, and was told YES. So then WHY NOT ME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL CHAIN!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If you like roaches, lies about the facility, and creepy men trying to force their way into your room, then you would love it here.
