A Gem We travel to a warmer climate for the winter and have stayed at many different motels. This was our first at a Sleep Inn & Suites and we were very impressed. The service was great and the room was clean, roomy and comfortable. We were pleased to find a small sized full refrigerator which allowed us to freeze our watery ice bags in the freezer while it kept our things chilled in the refrigerator. I look forward to staying here again as well as looking for them along our way next time we are crossing the country.

Will stay again The room was nice, it had a very big refrigerator and freezer. It was quiet. The bathroom was very nice. My cell service was very good. The only downsides were there were no usb plugins and there was no guide showing the channels. Also It would be nice to have cold water or hot coffee available in the lobby area.

Exceeded expectations! Exceeded expectations! Excellent accommodations! Room was clean, roomy, and had a separate sitting area. There were 2 refrigerators in the room, one small & one almost full size. Beds were excellent as well. We stayed in 206. The air conditioner was a little noisy and perhaps needs some maintenance. Breakfast was hot -- eggs, sausage, gray & biscuits, waffles -- as well as the usual fare. We would stay again if we were visiting in the area.

Nightmare at Sleep Inn Had one of the worst, scariest experiences ever at a motel. Arrived around 2:15 pm. Check-in was to be at 3:00 pm but desk clerk said it was OK to go ahead and check in. He gave us keys to the room and said we could unload our luggage and belongings there. We unlocked the door and were surprised the room had not yet been cleaned. Sheets were stripped off the bed, but it was not yet made. Why would they give us an unready room? We assumed it would be finished soon. We put our hanging clothes and bags in the closet, a cooler of drinks in the refrigerator, and another bag of books by the closet. At 2:45 pm left to go visit friends, our reason for coming to Oklahoma City. At 10:00 pm we returned to the motel, unlocked our room door, saw that the bed was made, room was clean, but all our stuff was GONE. Nothing. The bathroom sink was full of ice, which we recognized as out of our cooler. We looked in the refrigerator. Empty. Rushed to the front desk clerk. He was clueless. Said Housekeeping would not be available until 9:00 a.m. the next day. We asked where they would have put "Lost and Found." He didn't know. Said he didn't have a key. Seemed not to care. We were livid. Was it all stolen? Did a Housekeeping person take it home? He finally found a key to the 3rd floor storage room, where he found a trash bag with 1/2 of our stuff in it. All the drinks were in the trash, still cool and unopened. We retrieved them. There was no cooler. Our night clothing, toiletries, clothes for the next day, etc., were missing. Book bag and one other bag were returned to us. Did the thief only keep what they liked and left the rest? Why had they gone through and rearranged all our stuff? We finally went to bed with no toothbrush, no hairbrush for the next morning, no pajamas, no change of clothes for the next day. At 8:30 am the next morning we were at the front desk, asking for the manager and the Housekeeping supervisor. No one seemed to care. At 9:10 am we finally got a phone call from the manager (not in person) asking what was missing. We gave him a list. We left to have breakfast with friends and said we would be back. At 10:00 during our breakfast, the manager called and said they found our belongings in a first floor storage room. We went back to the hotel. All our belongings were there, in 2 trash bags. We were thankful the worrying and assuming theft had been wrong. The desk clerk said Housekeeping had come in late and assumed the person had already checked out left everything there. Really? Do people really do that? How unreasonable is that? Did they even ask the desk clerk about it? We took our stuff and left. Will never go back there again.

Excellent choice I reviewed so many places before choosing this place. I want clean, quiet, comfy room and beds, good breakfast and all at the going rate. This place delivered on all aspects. Breakfast was the norm for hot breakfasts... Liquid eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, breads, coffee and juices. Pool was a little chilly for my taste. Wished it had a hot tub. Have no complaints and that's rare. Will most definitely come back when in the area.
